The installation was about 30 minutes and the tech was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product walking me through all the features. Very pleased with the service.

the service was great and they got my stereo installed in the time they said they would every thing works im very happy.

This didn't even happen and I felt I should still write a review due to how it was sold to me.. Went looking for a new car stereo and found one. Was told it would be a free installation and I'm not that familiar with car radio installs like most people aren't so I purchased at the register as I was told to do so. Was then told to go back to the car install area to schedule an install for the radio. As I arrived the person said not only he couldn't schedule me at all, to call back in 2 weeks so that he would be able to then install the radio 3 weeks later. That made a lot of sense.... Took the box home and YouTube was my best friend, did a professional install myself. Whether it was due to the "free install" (the install person did glance at my receipt and saw the $0.00 on it) or not, double-check on their schedule PRIOR to committing to buying it.

They were very friendly. I will definitely go back. And recommend them to anyone.
