Our car radio died and we bought a new one and had Best Buy install. They did a great job quickly and the tech took time to make sure I understood how to use and program.

The store agent couldn't set up appt. on the system. Had to call a differnet day to set up appt. Install was done on time. Had to return tho to get a wire reconnected behind the dash.

Very quick install. Suggested I wait to hear it with old speakers which sounded terrible with original radio. Good call since the old speakers sound great with the new stereo.

Car Deck Installation I have been using Geek Squad at Best Buy for car deck installation for years and have been very happy with the service done.

Appointment and scheduling went well. Had to order a part, and was told it would be there when we came for the appointment, but the store returned it to wherever they had ordered it from. We specifically asked if the part needed to be picked up, and were told NO. This is not what happened. There should be some training given to the geek squad teams to educate them about what they are telling your customers.

It's great this service exists. This type of labor is a dying art, and Best Buy (Geek Squad) pretty much have it down to a science. Be careful when scheduling an appointment be sure to book enough time for your job.

Instalator did a great job of setting up the Garmin speak we got everything set up did the app I was a little disappointed in that app and how limited it was but the installer did his job

The installation had been scheduled on a Thursday at the Fairfield CA location. When I arrived, the installers we both out due to Covid. Ok so I asked for a reschedule, and was told they would call me back. 2 1/2 months later I called and it was scheduled for 2 weeks from a Thursday, asked why no call back, was told Short Handed. I realize Covids been an issue for all businesses, but good customer service is important to Stay In Business.

The install team is on point. The did the job right and on time. I can't say there was anything the did not go according to plan. Very happy with my new head unit

I was surprised by the installation cost but it has been a while since I have had a stereo installed into a vehicle. Nevertheless, the scheduling was accommodating, the installer was polite, timely and knowledgeable.
