The young lady who installed my radio is the best. Set it up in an hour and explained all the controls.

Geek installation went very good on my 1983 Ford T-Bird Stereo works great. Only thing, it did take longer than 1 hour, Approx, 2 1/2 hrs, because only (1) installer was working that day,

I was having problem getting the correct parts for the radio; but I was able to call Best Buy and they helped me locate my parts with no problem.

Appointment and scheduling went well. Had to order a part, and was told it would be there when we came for the appointment, but the store returned it to wherever they had ordered it from. We specifically asked if the part needed to be picked up, and were told NO. This is not what happened. There should be some training given to the geek squad teams to educate them about what they are telling your customers.

The techs quickly installed the radio and helped with the setup. Although it’s an older car, they had no problem with the installation.

The installation technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Since this is our second stereo in three months (car stolen) we were very bummed out. Techncian was very compassionate.

The tech squad really knew their stuff installing a Bluetooth radio. Best Buy’s price including installation was much better than other stores.

I’d recommend letting them install. Hour and a half and it was done. Saved me time from doing it myself. Very friendly service, and I would recommend.
