The install agent is the best. he installed my stereo and it sounds great. He explained everything to me and how it all works.

The agents installed my husbands Kenwood stereo system in his truck and hooked up all the wiring perfectly!

The installation had been scheduled on a Thursday at the Fairfield CA location. When I arrived, the installers we both out due to Covid. Ok so I asked for a reschedule, and was told they would call me back. 2 1/2 months later I called and it was scheduled for 2 weeks from a Thursday, asked why no call back, was told Short Handed. I realize Covids been an issue for all businesses, but good customer service is important to Stay In Business.

So convenient! Made the appointment, ran some errands and it was done! Had to modify some brackets and deck for the installation, but they totally took care of it!

The team did a really good job upgrading my car stereo system, would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car audio service.

The young lady who installed my radio is the best. Set it up in an hour and explained all the controls.
