The installer did a great job. No complaints there, as my stereo works great and the microphone was well concealed and picks up my voice perfectly. Only problem was that the process costs a little more than I expected once you add in the standard install cost, plus the kit, plus a charge for the microphone. Do your homework in advance to make sure you know exactly how much the entire installation will cost.

The service was great and the radio sounds good. The technician did a fantastic job.

I actually bought this head unit somewhere else, but they installed it for me. Even though there was a lot to install with all the accessories and the 2010 Tacoma doesn't have a lot of space they took the time to get everything setup and installed right. Very impressed. Thanks Justin

The guys in the car audio dept were great. My install was complicated by the fact it was a new dash kit as well. Tony keep me well informed while I waited. I appreciate the effort it took to do the install. I would definitely go back to these guys again.

The installation on this stereo was perfect. I would definitely use this best buy on Colonial again for a stereo install in my car. They are very nice are quick to install and keep you informed. The look is fabulous and you can't tell they installed anything in you car. Clean install no wires can be seen.

I have installed car stereos in the past so I could've installed this one myself had I chosen to. I'm glad that Best Buy installed my stereo for me. I am not fond of working under the dash. The tech was friendly' efficient and knowledgeable. Well worth the cost.

The installer at my local Best Buy store was the most professional and courteous person I've ever come across. I was able to watch the entire thing and he did everything quickly and precisely. Took less than half an hour. It was awesome! I guess the installers at different stores may be different, though.

The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job on the installation and explained thoroughly how to use the head unit. Technicians also connected my Android phone for me so I was able to immediately stream via Bluetooth and use Bluetooth for hands-free phone calls.

Top notch job! Everything looks and works great! Did the job in the time he estimated and then took the time to show me how to link up my phone.

Installed the head unit to my car in pretty much the exact amount of time quoted. Installed the microphone for the voice assistant, explained how to use all the features. Head unit installation came free with the one I bought. Overall good experience.

The agents did a great radio installation. Everything seems to be in working order. They finished the job in an hour and then gave me a tutorial. Glad I shopped around and got this crew to install my radio.

Made an appointment for installation. Only had to wait for faceplate to be shipped as the car is 11 years old. Was told it might take an hour for installation. Job done in 30 minutes. Looks great,easy to setup. Installer went over everything and all features. Very pleased

The techs were easy to talk to and knowledgable about the stereo I had purchased. Install was free for me, which was a plus. Quick and easy. After it was installed, tech spent about 20 minutes with me going over all the features and how to use everything.

Came into Best Buy to find a replacement for my old deck and found that I could have it installed the same day. Mike and Tommy did a great job and finished within the promised hour. Everything works great and the new deck looks great in my vehicle. Very happy with the installation.

Due to previous owner of used car and removing equipment, I was quoted higher install costs. 3 + hour install. After 2 hrs, installed receiver with added steering controls for lower than estimated costs. So far does everything I wanted it to do.

I bought this item as a package which included a new radio for my 2005 Silverado. It has the features I wanted like multiple inputs so I can listen to audio books on long trips and a way to charge my cell phone without a specific car charger. I also enjoy the hands free cell phone use I get now. What I don't like (but it is getting better now that I am able to get some practice with the radio) is how the buttons are so sensitive. I will retrieve my sunglasses from the slot underneath the radio face and accidentally hit a button changing the station or I will not hold the source button long enough and the radio will change source instead of turning off. Worse of all, if I touch the volume control wrong the radio will go into setup mode instead of adjusting the volume. All in all I am happy with the package, the radio and the installation. The installer did a good job hiding the wires and doing the install in a timely fashion. He made sure to explain all of my options.

These Guys Were Awesome Installed In Less Than One Hour Clean Install Like It Was Factory Installed

The install was done quickly and looks great. They went above and beyond on service and made sure I got price match on all install parts. Squeezed me in between two scheduled installs so I could surprise my daughter for her birthday.

I bought a radio to replace my daughter's 2004 Toyota Camry radio that had failed. The install was great. The technician for very polite and took care of us in an hour and showed us how to work features on the radio that we had quesitons about. I will be using them again for my son's car!
