We arrived on time for our appointment and had to wait 30 minutes with two restless kids. This is also after waiting a month for the actual appointment date. The technician, once assigned, was friendly and explained every step to us. The technician’s professionalism is the reason we gave 3 instead of 1 star. Installation is good so far. Clean job.
