Mom's installation was scheduled for 8am. She went, was even a little early. Once they opened, she learned they didn't have the parts they needed for her car. She got a call a few days later and was able to get it installed. Please don't let this happen again. If a part is not in stock, let the customer know that it needs to be rescheduled when it is in stock.

Third installation by the Best Buy techs. Great service .. On time. Done when I came back to pick up my car. Tech was personable and knowledgeable.

Geek squad done the install in a timely matter. Geek squad was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
