Don't do radio installs yourself unless you know what you're doing. The last owner of my vehicle cut an important wire so that the new radio could be installed and costed me $50. But hey, I needed a new radio anyway but just be careful when installing aftermarket radios by yourself.

I had Best Buy do an installation of a new radio system in my vehicle. I am very happy with the installation. It works great and looks great too. The Installer was very polite and did a great job. He even pre-set some local radio stations for me. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Ready for me at appointment time, excellent service and install experience. Like to acknowledge Phillipe, who bent over backwards to fix the one niggling issue. Highly recommended

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new, high tech radio. It fits perfectly into the dash and does not look like an aftermarket choice. Also, they provided good operating instruction on how to use the radio which was extremely helpful.

A few years ago I had purchased a great Bluetooth-enabled stereo for my car. I was told that if I ever sold the car I could have the stereo removed from the old car for free and installed into a new car. The work was seamless and professional. Chris did a wonderful job.

This install was in my wifes van and she was very pleased , the technician did a wonderful job . The tech took the time to make all settings and instruct my wife in total operation of the stereo including the Blu tooth which she loves ! GREAT JOB GUYS .

Best Buy did a great job with the installation of my stereo. It was done quickly, professionally, and met all of my expectations. I was even able to leave the store and enjoy some lunch while they worked on it and when they're finished they called my cell phone to let me know.

I must say that my experience with the installation of my new car stereo was great. The Geek squad is very professional and friendly. First of all, getting a free installation of my new stereo was a great perk. When I bought the stereo, the clerk helped get the right electrical parts and made sure I didn't need any other pieces or kits to complete the installation in my Subaru. We then went into the scheduling process, which was easy and thorough. As we went through all of it, I marveled at the quality of the software he used to line up the parts, create the appointment and answer my questions. Without great software like this, it was be very easy to make a mistake or misinform the customer. On installation day, they were ready to go. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed me to specify where I wanted the microphone mounted. The installation was done on time. After the install, the installer took time to orient me on the main functions and again answered my questions to make sure I understood how to use the new stereo. Overall, a great customer experience.

I was more than satisfied with the highly professional and thoroughly manner with which the installation service was performed . I have had no problems with operation of the system since it was installed. The work was neatly done and left no evidence that it was not oem equipment which came with the vehicle. I have recommended this service to my son.

The tech, Eddie, has probably done 5 of my vehicles with decks, radar detectors, GPS, etc. and has always done an excellent job. This was an instal of a double DIN touchscreen radio/CD in a classic 99 Mazda Miata that I couldn't risk being damaged; great work on the install.

I have to say having my new CD Deck installed by Bestbuy was a pleasant experience. They did excellent work with a minimal amount of waiting time and then spent the time to show us how to use our new Kenwood Bluetooth, cd deck. It looks really nice in our Ford Fusion.

The guy that put mine in was the same guy that helped me pick out my radio. He was very knowledgeable, and he told me what brand to get, and what to avoid. When I got my car back after the install, my speedometer wasn't working right, so I came back and told them. They fixed it and now everything is fine!

The guys that performed the installation were knowledgeable and did a clean job. The guys at the shop were very efficient. And for the price for us install was a no-brainer to have the skilled do the job and be backed if any issues arise.

I had Kenwood Bluetooth stereo install in a 1996 Honda Accord After installation the technician explained how the unit operated and helped men pair my phone to the unit. It has been about 2 months and I am extremely satisfied with the unit and the installation

No issues setting up appointment to install stereo deck in my Acura Integra. Tech at Best Buys was very knowledgeable what was needed. He explained what I needed to bring and it took about an hour. Stereo is working perfectly. I will definitely refer my friends to them.
