It was a friendly service, they installed the radio correctly and everything functioned well. The only reason of 4 stars was the wait. They weren't able to get to my car until a little after an hour pass my appointment schedule time. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Chris was responsible for the install and he was great! Besides explaining the process to me, he also showed me a couple of issues I might have with my car that were involved in the install. After pairing my phone, I was all set to go! Great job Chris!

Got me in last minute, got me out in an hour, the day before a poorly planned road trip, so we had Bluetooth fun and google map sound available for the drive. Left no garbage smudges or scratches, everything works great.

I used the Best Buy in Hiram, Ga for my install. Chris did a great job in less than the time expected. He showed me how to use my new radio and how to set it up, although he had already done most of it. Would highly recommend this location !!.

We purchased a radio for a 2000 ford ranger and had the geek squad install it. They completed the installation in the time they told us and showed us how to use all the features of the new device.

Have used Best Buy Geek Squad for my cd/receiver installation in 3-4 cars in last 2 years they are the best Very professional and timely and do great work .I have been very pleased with their work every time These receiver installations were all done for free with the purchase of the receiver yet they were timely with appointments, courteous and pleasant. I found their work to be superior allway got car back clean and looking better after install than when i brought car in could not tell work was done yet everything always worked perfect and they always gave me back old receivers and offered to reinstall if i sold car They are the Best at what they do Thank You

Free installation! I can install myself but nice that I didn't have to go to the hassle and procrastinate to get it done. Technician was courteous, gave operation instructions and did a great job on the installation.

The car stereo was put in just as advised and within the time that was stated. Very friendly and went over all the features with me. This is the second time I have bought a car receiver and had them put it in and I wouldn't hesitate to do it a third time.

The guys at the install shop were professional, clean and knowledgeable. They had my truck ready to go ten minutes faster than they originally predicted! Very well done

I had an appointment with Best Buy to have my radio installed that was purchased from Best Buy. I arrived at my appointed time and told the installer I was limited on time and the installer understood and got my stereo installed professionally and out within 45 minutes.

Installer completed a professional install on my Classic Corvette. He painstaking formed and molded a modern deck install with precision and the results were fabulous! No doubt, I recommend highly!

The Best Buy associate who installed my new radio recommended everything I needed to replace a broken radio in my 2013 Hyundai. He then installed my new radio in about 30 minutes and it works VERY WELL thanks to his professional skills.
