I would've given 5 stars, but the kit that came with the deck doesn't fit cleanly and leaves the sides exposed.. Not very good.

I trust my BestBuy here in Findlay,OH with all my electronics. This install was no exception

I made the appointment joyfully for the installation of new speakers and a new radio- my ride was finally getting an upgrade! I brought my vehicle and equipment to the West Melbourne facility. They could only install the radio- because I had the "wrong" speakers. So I had to buy more speakers there, which I'm still not convinced was truly necessary, but I was moving in five days and my car was already apart and they were going to charge for the installation anyway. Long story short, I moved and during my traveling the driver's side speaker quit working, but no Best Buy around in my new town. I came back to visit two months later- and this is what I got: "...it's my problem, probably a "short" - and close to $100 to "fix" it. On top of that, the install manager was pretty snide with me, like I was causing trouble, not a customer with a problem. NEVER again. I saved for a long while to be able to get something reasonably nice and got shoddy workmanship and treated like I don't matter at all. I'm very disappointed in the whole experience.

The installer did a good job getting my car radio installed in my older vehicle.
