I just had a new double-din car stereo installed on my son's first car. I bought the unit at Best Buy and had them install it. The guys in the install bay did a great job...making sure all of the stereo functions worked with the car.

Deck install was perfect. All of the speakers and stero are working. However, it seems that the button to open my trunk has been accidentally disconnected, and the auto techs must not have noticed. Only complaint I have is to just be careful. Other than that, no other problems.

The installer was very nice and did a good job. Offered to explain anything about the unit to me after the install. Very professional.

When I was younger I did a lot of mobile installs. This was done as good (probably better) than if I would have done it myself. Same amount of care and personal investment in a job well done!

The squad found the exact mounting deck for my sons 2002 Ford pickup and had the new car stereo installed correctly within an hour. It was a great experience!...and at a very reasonable price.

The man knows what he's doing. He did a great job and left my car as clean as it was when I brought it in. He installed a receiver, and did it well.

The car sound installation service at BestBuy is like a hidden gem. They did an amazing job, professional work and extremely courteous to work with. The only draw back in my case was that even though I bought the car stereo from BestBuy, the installation cost was not included because it was an online purchase. If you buy in store, the install is free, which is amazing.

I normally install all my own car audio but time has not been in my favor lately one hour in the mall and I had a new deck that functions perfectly you couldn't even tell someone was in my car great techs Kenny at my location was the man!

Never used this service before now. They did a great job at the installation and walking us through how to use the new deck. No issues whatsoever.

The geek did an excellent job installing my off the market car stereo they had to use a different harness with some conversions. They were very patient in execution their job and everything went well

The installation was quick, however, the first time they installed it, my A/C buttons on my dash stopped working. I was able to bring it back and have it fixed free of charge.

Best Buy can vary as much as any other place. I personally know and have met some Geek Squad CarFi installers who are fantastic and dedicated, and I've also met the more incompetent end of the spectrum. Dalton Blake “Auto Tech Installer II” did a fantastic job! His knowledge and workman ship was excellent. I had a stereo installed in my 2011 Toyota Tundra SR5 “Pioneer MVH-S622BS & four Rockford Fosgate R165x3 6.5 180W 3 Way Speakers”. I highly recommend Geek Squad in Hot Springs Arkansas.

What a great experience and great guys! I really appreciate the time and effort put in to my Misubishi. Not an easy job I hear. The KENWOOD works great and I’ll be back for more speakers soon!

Scott in Arundel Mills was great. He installed my radio without a problem. The first tech in Lanham told me he could not get my dash off therefore he could not install my radio.

Installed my player and went over functions. Installer was courteous and professional. Works great in my Crossfire and the sound is nice and loud.
