I bought a new stereo from Best Buy and free installation for spending over $120 because there was a deal going on at the time. I scheduled the appointment for two weeks out and paid for everything right then including the parts to install the stereo (which were another $40). On the date of installation I came to the store and they told me that the dash kit was on backorder and it would be another 2 months at least to get it in... But then the Geek Squad guy said he could order a similar dash kit that would fit the stereo and my car and it would be another week. So I thought that was fine and that it could be worse and I scheduled the next appointment for a two weeks later and well what do ya know? Upon my return to Best Buy, they told me the great news that they accidentally got the wrong part. So after another week and a $30 refund, they FINALLY got the correct part and successfully installed the stereo. Nothing went wrong in the installation and I love the sound but there it really shouldn't have taken three trips across over a month to get it done.
