Kenny went above and beyond to fix my issue. I don't know anything about electronics, but he kindly explained everything and guided me through. I initially bought the wrong product (sales persons fault really) but Kenny saved the day. After the install, he came outside and showed me how to work my new stereo system. 10 stars for Kenny.

The agent (Alex) who installed my speakers did an excellent job. Was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

I received a car stereo for Xmas then called to have it installed. I was told to order a specific part number on my own then call to schedule the appointment. Another week went by before I received the part, I had no idea what it was. I called to make the appointment but it was not till another two weeks. Ugh. This is dragging on too long. The expertise of the installers was incredible, they got it installed within 45 minutes however when i picked it up I had to pay for yet another part they had that I have no idea what it was. I wasn't told my old stereo was still in t he car, I had to ask. There is a sign on the wall that says installation comes with a demo of the stereo to show me how to use it, I didn't get that offered whatsoever. They had me go on my way , but I stayed in the parking lot looking at my new stereo trying to figure it out. While they were smoking cigarettes 10 feet away, they finally asked if I wanted them to show me how to use it. I shouldn't be asked, it should just have been done. The review sounds like it was a god awful experience , but it wasn't. I just think it could've bee handled better to accommodate me, the customer who bought the stereo, the part I was told to get plus the installation cost. I still do not know how to fully use my stereo. I don't know why I have to begin a song on my iPod then plug in the USB for a song to play, it begins to play seconds into a song. I will figure it out one day. I have no clue how to use the hands free phone thing they installed either.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my JVC double din receiver. I thought it would take an hour or more but the entire job was finished within 40 minutes. They removed my old JBL receiver and replaced it with the new one and everything was done correctly and I have been enjoying my new radio and CD player. It's good to know I can still count on Best Buy and their Geek Squad service to provide outstanding service. If you're buying a new radio receiver or anything else that needs installation, I highly recommend using the Geek Squad service.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new stereo. The technician was very helpful in showing me how to connect my iPhone via bluetooth and made sure we knew how to use the stereo before we left the store.

I had Best Buy install my new radio and they did an amazing job. They were quick and clean and showed me how to do a few things with my new Pioneer that made the transition to the new radio very easy. I highly recommend this service.

They always do great work installing or fixing a problem! For my Ford Expedition it was them that installed my musice system and they did a great job!

The installation was done right and comes with a lifetime warranty. The install manager took the time to show my wife how to sync her iPhone with the radio. He also told us if we ever decide to get rid of the car, Bestbuy will uninstall the radio for free. Very pleased.

The installers were able to get me in same day and had the installation complete in a few hours. So far the system sounds great and looks professionally finished.

My wife had an old cassette tape radio in her car and wanted to go to a cd player slim design, so they needed to fill the gap with a tray. Everything looks good and we have had no problem, so the device is doing what it is supposed to be doing

Purchased a Pioneer radio from Best Buy and had them install it in my 94 Ford Ranger. Appointment process was easy, they contacted me to confirm the day before. Got right in and they installed radio while I waited. Radio works great.

Great job by the audio guys. Everything looks like it could have been done at the factory. The guys even showed me where the dealership messed up reinstalling a door panel last time it was in for service.

The guys in car audio are amazing. So I had a 10:30am appointment and I get there and realize i forgot the radio I had purchased and was delivered to my home. The radio was being put in my 16 year olds car so all he had to do while driving was say call mom or whomever. The guys told me just run home and get it and I live in Lexington. I went home got the radio and they got me right in and had the radio installed in less then 15 minutes. Those 2 guys deserve a raise. Employees like them are hard to find so Best Buy should make sure they take care of Employees like them.

the agent mounted my son's CD and radio player. He is happy, and I am also that they were there to install it. Just the best.
