Took over 2 hours to install a radio in the car. But it looks like

I will never go to Best Buy for installation again. First of all we went to go buy the stereo and speakers in store they had not one stereo available to purchase there unless you wanted to buy the fancy ones with a crazy touch screen so the salesman told us if we purchase the one we wanted online that they would install it for free he knew then that the one we wanted was not over $199 and apparently they only do installation for free on stereos over $200 we purchased the stereo and speakers online for our anniversary I bought them for my husband as a gift I called to schedule the installation and told her the man said it was free she said it was not but she would leave a note for the installer from the store and maybe they could help me. The installer called me back to confirm my appointment and he said the same thing that the salesman was wrong and that they only do free install on stereos over $199 but he said because I was told that that they would honor it and install my stereo for free. We waited two weeks until our appointment the stereo was installed and when it came time to cash out and leave the kid that did the install said it was gonna be $80 and I said no they told us they would honor what the salesman said and do it for free install he brought his manager “chucky” in and he proceeded to argue with me and reiterated their policy about how they only do install for free on the other stereos then started to get loud with me so then I had to get loud and let’s just say they ended up doing the install for free after I had to get loud and demand they give us what was promised to us.
