We had our new radio installed in the Aurora Illinois store and the Installer was fantastic. He not only installed the radio so that it looked like it had come in the car when it was new; but he patiently taught my son how to use it.

Installation was done in a timely manner. Only thing I would suggest is that the installers would offer options and assistance with items installed. For example, my radio came with a hands free speaker and they didn't even offer were to install it they just put it by the visor, previous installations on a similar car they put it by the dash where the speed gauges were, I like that it appears more custom but this what not suggested by the installer at all. Another thing is every time I've had my radio installed by BestBuy they give me the keys and on my way they send me-no offer to show you how to use your newly install equipment. I can usually figure it out but that extra help would be a nice personal touch to their expensive installation service ...just saying...BestBuy!

Very courteous and fast installers. They installed a head unit in a '96 Ford Taurus. I brought my own bezel since the factory unit is integrated into the existing dash. They managed to do the install within a couple of hours. Very professional.

The kit purchase online didn't fit and required truck modifications to install and was no longer a free installation. I was upset to say the least and this was not acceptable at all. I was not going to accept this it was false advertisement online and not what I paid for. The install tech was awesome and told me this happens sometimes and to give him a chance to fix it. He worked in the system to find something that I thought my daughter would like and at the same price as well as the promised free installation. He kept me as a BestBuy customer because of his actions, because I was done with the bad service. Great Job and Thanks Again.

The young man who installed our double din receiver in our 2010 Honda CR-v did an excellent job. Looks so much better than the stock unit, and installed with absolute care and precision.

I bought a new Sony car stereo and had my original car stereo installed at the Mountain View location. I made an appointment, drove there, left the car as it took a little over an hour for the installation, and paid 80$ for the service. They offered to either recycle the old stereo, or for me to keep it with the receipt in case I wanted to install the old one for free. Very satisfied

The Best Buy Geek Squad did the installation of a new Kenwood HD Radio/AM/FM and CD single player. It was a one DIN head unit. It replaced the old one DIN radio so I didn't need any additional parts. I used the Riverdale location. I did not purchase the system from the store. They charged me the same price to do the work as it would have cost if I bought the unit from the store. It was a fair price and in line with competitors. I checked them out before buying the installation package. The install was done quickly, about 40 minutes in and out. There was no residual screws, wire, grime or insulation bits on the floor or center console. I would use the Geek Squad again to do any future car audio install work in a heartbeat!

I was in and out in no time! Just a little over and hour and I was on my way. Great customer service and installation.
