    They did something wrong when installing the knob that controls the air/heat. It is loose and comes off easily when used. There is no way they could have missed this issue during the installation, and not repaired it. I haven't had time to take it back, but may not be able to now due to being past 30 days. However, the rest of the installation was done well.
