We purchased the radio at Best Buy and scheduled an installation shortly thereafter.. The installation was completed in a professional and efficient fashion and the radio works without any problems.

Installation took less than an hour. Technician took the time to review all of the product features. Very satisfied.

We had a car stereo installed in our son's car for him for Christmas, and the BestBuy team did a great job working with us to set up an appointment that was convenient for us. They did a great job installing the stereo and it looks great!

I can't think of any problems. I just showed up, gave him the keys to the car and went for a walk. When I came back a half hour later, the stereo was installed and worked great. He showed me the key features of the stereo and I was on my way.

I had bought a replacement stereo for my 1997 Van and scheduled an install. When I suddenly had some time available one afternoon, I called Best Buy to see if I could get it done, which would save a busy weekend for me. Bricio said to come on over, and he did a FANTASTIC job, quickly, neatly and without fanfare. He explained to this old man how to make it work, and how to set up the blue tooth and other features. I was and am very grateful for his help, and for Best Buy's hiring and keeping on staff such a great resource. I am sorry that this was late in posting, but the fact that I never forgot about it means that it truly made an impact on me.

I must say I was impressed at how easy and affordable the Geek Squad installed my Stereo. Thank you I've been enjoying it for a month now. I recommend Everyone give them a shot.

The person that installed my radio didn't excellent job

I was impressed with the professionalism of the agent. I have older basic car but was treated with respect . The end radio intalation looked great - just what i was after.

The crew at the Natomas Best Buy is EXCELLENT and very professional. They did the job right, everything works as expected and they train you how to use your new hardware. I also use them for Car Audio/Tech needs.

My old radio wasn’t installed properly. When they installed this radio they let me know what extra things I needed. The radio works great and I’ve had no problems with it.

Needed to upgrade a 20 year old system. I wanted it to look factory. With the help of Tristen in the Ames store we found a seamless fit that looks factory and sounds amazing.

The installer (Adil) was absolutely outstanding! It turned out that the factory car stereo unit wasn’t busted but the factory amp it was connected to was bad. Adil was able to hook up the new Kenwood deck by bypassing the factory amp. It sounds great and has so many more features than the Original equipment deck on my 2004 Lexus. He was extremely helpful in explaining the deck functions and getting our phones hooked up. This was definitely the best service experience I’ve ever had with any product at any store! Thanks for a great job Adil!

The installer did a great job of installing the JVC stereo in my 2003 Nissan Sentra. It was a clean install and stereo works great. I also received free installation on stereo.

Nothing but good things to say about the installation team at Best Buy. They installed a stereo into our car. They did a nice job making it look and fit well. We had some trim piece that was glued on from the factory. The installer called and explained to me that they will try to get it off as best they can but warned it might damage it (the trim piece) and asked if I wanted to proceed (and we did). They removed it, did the installation and replaced the trim piece. Can't even tell it was removed. Great Job!

My local Best Buy store did not have an installer so I had to drive twenty minutes to another store after making an appointment. The first thing the installer told me is that I didn't have all the parts needed, and they were not in stock so we'd have to reschedule. He noted the store clerks who helped me were not knowledgeable about the kits needed to install the radios so that happens often. However, he made a point to call me two days later when the part came in, and squeezed an appointment in so we could get the radio installed before we went on a trip. We really appreciated the installer's consideration in doing that. He did a great job. Absolutely no issues and it looks as if it were factory installed.

Work was done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately,the radio reception was worse than the factory radio that was replaced. After two more trips to the technician who continued to blame my truck and telling me that there was nothing he could do, in exasperation, he pulled the receiver out and started playing with the wires. In the process he pushed in hard on the antenna wire and suddenly I had very good reception.

Best Buy in Springfield, Virginia did an excellent job with the installation of my Jeep stereo. The technician (Louis was his name) was courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This stereo is great !! Pretty easy to navigate controls looks great really pop's in the dash looks so much better then original equip.Plus she uses her phone a lot for her bisiness and can now do it hands free !!!

This is an awesome radio! Little did I know, came with a microphone for handsfree talking. I was just looking for a radio to replace the one in an older car and it is better than the I have in the newer car.

The Squad in Clearwater did a fast and efficient job of installing a JVC receiver in my car. I recommend them highly.
