Oh my gosh, for what little they charged there is no way I would go through all the hassle of installing it myself. These guys have all the tools and hardware at their disposal and are very knowledgeable. I felt it was a really good value!

For the price this is a very good stereo. The sound quality is great and the Bluetooth connectivity works very well. The only negative is that it's pretty hard to see the display when the sunlight is directly over the device but it's really not that big of a deal.

The installation was fast and clean. No mess afterwards to clean up. The installers done a little extra work, with no extra charge. I am very happy with my experience with Best Buy.

My car has a wonky and difficult dash to work on. You really need someone who knows what they are doing. This is my 3rd deck install and it's the best done since the factory. Well planned and well done.

the install was clean with only a couple of minor exceptions. i had to push a little bit of weather strip back in, very minor. the other issue was the microphone would tap on the windshield. a tiny bit of adhesive foam strip solved that

The installer was ready to start the installation at my chosen appointment. After installation, they took the time to demo the product and synced the Bluetooth for my daughter's phone.

Frank was tech. Installed in time allowed. Helped with basic set up functions. Guided for other functions. Did not have to read 300 page owner manual. Works just fine. Now rockin on road trips.

They did a great job installing my new Kenwood car stereo

Unit went into an old vehicle and the wiring system was of an older structure. It took the technician a little while to understand it but he did and got the unit installed perfectly.

Installed on schedule, faster than expected. Actually told me I didn't need extra parts or brackets, existing ones worked. This was so much easier than when I installed myself previously.

It doesn't look factory anymore, but the install and performance are great. I didn't go in planning to change the head unit, but it turned out to be the best option. The technician did a great job.

Wally was great! I came in a few days earlier and picked out the radio I wanted. When I told him my needs, there was only one that fit them all. It was such good timing because it came with free installation if I bought it from Best Buy. I think I saved a lot of money. It may have taken longer the day I ordered and paid for it all, than the day I had it installed. I'm so glad he worked with me afterward and set it all up. He knows what he's doing and I still don't. I'm pretty much just leaving it the way he did it, but I had to set my own XM stations. He put the FM stations back the way I had them set in my old radio! That was a nice touch.

Great install, tech was very knowledgeable, and very helpful on answering some questions about speakers my daughter wanted to put in later. Glad i let them do it, looks great. very pleased with the techs install

As with every support interaction I've had with Best Buy, this one was stellar. I purchased a car radio and within half an hour it was installed, working great, and I was on my way. Great customer support!
