    It took 2 hours+ for my install (appt was for 1 hr 15 min). Tech had to keep answering the phone while working on my truck & 2 people walked in to buy or setup something which all these interruptions delayed my radio from being installed. I thought that was very unfair to me when I had a booked appointment. I had to go back to get a 2nd radio installed a week later due to the 1st one losing time daily, When completed, I noticed large marks & gashes across the bottom where they drop down the cover. These were not there when I drove in to get this done. My truck is older but I take very good care of it so this did not make me happy. Glad I didn't have this happen to a new vehicle. Manager was very professional & accommodating to get the 2nd radio approved to swap out the bad one. The Techs were very nice however.
