    Please allow me to take you down this journey of pain and tortur. Firstly i started in the store looking for a new head unit for my car, the attendant helping me took about an hour and a half trying to ring me up and for some reason we had to process a return and then recharge me for the same stuff. Not that big of a deal, so I didn’t let it bother me and i went on. My appointment was scheduled a whopping 3 and a half weeks later which was their earliest option. Then the great day comes where I wake up in an almost Christmas morning spirit! I rush down to the Best Buy to have my ordered head unit installed in my car, only to discover that my high hopes for that day got shat on beyond belief. They somehow managed to not order EVERYOTHER item needed for installation! I’m talking cords, frames, converters, other stuff i don’t even know! Btw the head unit was 229.00 and the installation was free and i still paid 614.00 so these other pieces legit cost me and extra 350.00 before tax. The geek squad attendant offered to order all the necessary parts but charge me for installation but at a discount. They failed to take action to fix a failure on their part. As a side note, the next available installation appointment date would have been 4 week after all of this went down.
