The tech was ready for us when we got there. He did a good job on the instillation on the radio. He was done in a timely manner, as promised and applied the geek squad membership discount. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased all the items that the Geek Squad told me to purchase and they had assured me that my auto start would still work. It does not work at all now. I live in Minnesota and it gets very cold outside in the winter time. The Geek Squad team seems to be stymied on what happened or how to fix it.

Tech was very helpful. Showed me how to work everything.

Only problem with my installation was the awesome service tech informed me that the tech where I ordered the part from for my installation ordered the wrong part so after a week of waiting to do the installation I couldn't get it done so I had to cancel the whole product install

It apparently is doing what it needs to do since the radio is working.

Well worth the purchase to go ahead and have them do it.
