All I can say is, DO NOT USE, unless you pressure them to be clear with what you are actually getting and how much extra you will have to pay when they are done. I paid for the install service online with the purchase of the stereo deck. I brought the deck and all the necessary wiring harness etc. for the install... Nothing after that other than, we will call when we are done. I picked up the car and they charged an additional $69 saying it was the labor for hooking up the steering wheel controls (wiring in the existing controls with the harness that had the adapters for it). I did not get a call asking to pay for the extra cost... I complained while I picked up the car and the tech just blamed it on another tech. I went back, read what is actually included with the install purchase... I did not see any indication that there would be additional costs. It did however state that the tech would walk through everything before and after and make it clear what the extra charges would be; that did not happen. I am very irritated that I took it to Best Buy for something like this and will never use them to do any "tech bliss" as they call it. I would have appreciated the walk through up front as the type of car I have has the climate controls embedded with the stereo and there is a special adapter for it(I now have two head units, manufacturer and purchased deck.) I probably would have paid to have the manufacturer head unit removed with the more expensive install kit, if they talked to me about it... I am now so livid I am thinking of taking it back and telling them to un-install and give me a full refund on everything as I would rather take it somewhere that will explain to me what my options are.

This car stereo allows inputs from every source, and sounds fine. Unfortunately, it seems to have been programmed by alien chipmunks, and accessing the features through the faceplate controls is ridiculously complex and impossible to memorize. Keep the user guide handy, and definitely don't try to change anything while driving!
