The installation was great. I would have appreciated a more comprehensive introduction to the new equipment and how to work it. I was on my own to figure it out. And after a year I still don't have it down.

He did a great job, very knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed install options before starting got it done quick and flawless. Made sure i knew how everything worked before I left. True professional

The installer was professional and courteous. He explained everything involved with installing my new radio and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Since the Best Buy store was closed due to Covid except for curb side service, I walked to a nearby fast-food restaurant for breakfast. I was walking back when he called and said the work was done. He explained how to operate all the functions of the new radio to me before I left. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had to replace a radio I bought from Best Buy recently with another brand and Geek Squad did the install both times. They rock! Clean and fast install and everything is working great. Keep up the good work!

Brennan at the Folsom location was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge of how I can take full advantage of the radio's features. I should note also that he and the staff at this location installed this aftermarket radio leaving it as close to a factory install as possible for the age of my vehicle (over 20 years). Brennan also invited me to call them whenever I need help understanding the radio's advanced features. I highly recommend this location for all your auto electronic needs as I also witnessed the successful install of a aftermarket remote starter on another vehicle.

I had a new stereo installed in my car. The installation went off without a hitch and the stereo is great. Almost looks like it came with the car. Very pleased with the work done by the Best Buy Geek Squad!

I had an Apple Carplay DVD player installed in my car. He also installed a Sirius XM satellite radio tuner. He did a magnificent job! Not only did he install the Apple Carplay DVD stereo system and Sirius XM satellite tuner, but he also fixed my poor am/fm reception! Above and beyond the call of duty! The system sounds great! Awesome value! Previously, I had him install a backup camera. It's awe-inspiring! I ordered a new license plate and he said that he'd fix the backup camera when I receive the new license plate! Talk about AMAZING customer service! He's done so much more...I don't have the space to mention it all here. Highly recommended! Get it done right!

Installation was finished in a timely manner. Less than an hour. Everything worked great. He even showed me how to sync my phone with it, so I can answer a call with the push of a button.

I had a stereo installed. Told me it would take about 3hrs. I was surprised and happy when they called after 1 1/2hrs. Your car is ready! Upon inspection, one of the compartment doors no longer stayed closed. I expected to have an issue with the installer. I thought they may deny breaking it or something. I told them I would keave the car so the could find out what was wrong. There was no push back from him. About 30 minutes latter, he found the small magnet that had fallen off the door during the install. Not once did he deny or deflect the problem. Best Buy owned the mistake. For that reason alone I would recommend them!

The installation was quick and the stereo works perfectly. I liked that the tech took time to describe how to use the stereo before we drove off. A great time saver.

The men where exceptional, friendly, and extremely help with showing me how to use unit installed. Enough to the extent of setting my phone up to operate with the new radio/cd/Sirius Xma, would recommend end them to all. A exceptional representation of you store, they were wonderful and as business owner and manager they are a keeper. Will be back and recommend your installation which is why I purchased from Best Buy, have use your geek squad before in my home and will continue to on my purchases

Installer knew his business, had my stereo installed in about 50 minutes, even with an unforeseen issue with a stock amplifier in the vehicle that had to be removed.

I had a double din Bluetooth Kenwood stereo installed into my GMC Envoy. Everythibg was competed perfectly and in about an hour. Installer did an excellent job and everything is still working as expected.

I always let Best Buy install my car stereos in all my vehicles. I trust them 100% and I love the sound it has afterwards. The customer service is great back there. Only problem is that they need more help back there b/c the installer had to keep stopping from the installation part to help customers coming in to ask questions or whatever. They need someone to be dealing with customers while the installers are doing their jobs. It took longer this time than it ever has due to the installer having to keep stopping to wait on customer. Overall I was very pleased as always!!

I purchased a kenwood car deck and chose to have it installed by a BestBuy 12volt tech. The installation was scheduled with the technician for about 2 weeks later. The install was done very professionally,

The technician who installed my radio was very nice. He even returned a part for me that I didn't need. Service was quick and easy.

Bought this for my sons 2009 Mustang, looks and sounds great!!! He likes the blue tooth and the way the display changes color to match the interior colored lights in his car. Installation took about 1.5 hours
