    Geek squad installed my radio incorrectly the firs

    The first installation guy left the radio loose I had to take it twice. When I pull the usb cable the hold radio will move. The second guy fix it for me & did a great job.

    the agent wasn't really professional at all. was late. left razorblades in my car and garbage. was kind of a mess. but overall it worked.

    Stereo installation

    The initial install was quick but not correct. Wires to tail lights and interior dash lights were not rewired correctly after install. Had to come back and argue for them to correct it. In the end they apologized.

    When they installed our dvd we were super excited to have it all and the installer said it was all great and ready to go. Well we went out to check it out and all we heard was static! Even after the installer said he fixed/adjusted the settings and sounded perfect! Well it still sounded like crap. The installer said it was my sound system in the vehicle! I explained to him and then to the manager who finally agreed it was not the stereo which is a Bose system that sounds perfect. So I had to bring the Yukon back in a week later for them to fix it and install it correctly with an aux cord that was originally promised.

That said, it's disappointing that our first try at the install didn't go as planned. We recognize that coming in a week later is not what you had planned, so we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. While we wish your install had gone differently, we're glad to hear that the DVD player is working with the audio now as intended.     He did a neat job and was very friendly, but I had to go back three times before he finally got it right. On top of that, there is no waiting area so I had to walk around the store for an hour or so each time. I would have preferred sitting down.

    Installation was fine. Sadly the product - a car radio built in Asia - is grossly difficult to operate with minute controls that are hard to read. Overloaded with features and functions. The buttons are made for fingers like a 6 year old girl's.

    Received new stereo as a gift. Had to have it installed because needed harness not available over the counter. Did not get actual price until install appointment. Appointment was made online. More pricing information would be helpful. Check pricing first.
