    The guy who answered the phone was completly un interested in my business. He told me they may be able to do my car stereo install in a month and that the install would be lots more than the package i bought onlinebefore calling the murray ut store. Then i asked to cancel the order and take mt business elsewhere. It took 3 hours to cancel the order because when best buy transferred me to geek squad the call dropped 20 times in a row no exageration. I begged the best buy staff to just give me the geek squad number they would not. Rediculous! I gave up and called back the next day and after another hour on the phone got my refund. I have never left a negative review in my life. This experience was mind numbing in every way. Im sure i am not the only one that got hung up on by geek squad over and over.

    Every time we were in the store the Car Audio people were not available to make an appointment. It is better to call. They set up the sound system with no problem. The experience was average.

    WRECKED MY DASH! and Wrong Radio installed !

    No help on the floor in picking a radio, right off chose they chose the wrong dash kit. Broke my dash in 5 places. Seems like after the first break they would have called me to come look butthey waited till they messed up the top of the dash (air vents) the bottom (my heat and air controls and the dash kit itself. I had to drive back (over 65 miles both directions) when parts came in from Honda. When removing the rest of the old parts they broke them in to MANY pieces!!!! they got finished and found they installed the WRONG radio! the salesman pushed a radio on me telling me it had certain options INCLUDING USB on the front. The installer NEVER noticed even after we discussed it. They had to pull the radio and "I" yes "I" had to go back out on the floor alone and try to decide on a replacement. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. "THEIR ALL ABOUT THE SAME the INSTALLER SAID" . I picked and found after the installation it was a cheaper model, possibly an older model EVEN AFTER ASKING WHILE THEY WERE GETTING READY TO PUT IT IN! The radio works, less say that . Its not pretty and looks cheap. There's way to many functions that I didn't want or need. I was not shown how to use it. I will never have BB install anything again.

    Installed fine however when got car back 1 of the 3 climate control light wasn't working anymore. BB offered to install a new light if we buy one and bring it in. probably not going back a 3rd time for the same radio install.

    The closest I could schedeule was 2 weeks later. I actually got there hours late but they still were able to do my installation and it was good and actually speedy. My time was set and everything. Pretty good. So far no problems.

    I went to have my radio installed and the guy who was originally suppose to install it just seemed to have went on break for two hours without letting me know it would be that long. Came back thinking it was going to be done just to be told it wasn't even started. Had to wait an extra two more hours, mind you I had other plans. It was my best friends birthday since preschool and I totally missed going to meet him because of this. Waiting 4 hours and some change for an installation was ridiculous. The kid who was supposed to be putting the radio in was so arrogant his bad attitude could be witnessed by the other two he was working with. They had to do his job for him which was completely unfair to them and a waste of my time. I would advise anyone never to go to the best buy in Natomas to get anything installed or otherwise. Very bad customer service and horrible attitude. Plus I am from the Elk Grove area so I had to drive all the way to Natomas which was already a headache in itself. Traffic on the way back at 4pm was unforgiving as well. I was supposed to be out of there way before then. Just a horrible experience totally all the way around...

    I am unable to review this purchase because the car stereo has not been installed. Due to the holiday season, I had to wait for over a month for an appointment.

    They had my new radio in, in less than an hour! The only reason i couldn't give it 5 stars is bc i have a few new cracks where the installation occurred that weren't there before. nothing major.

    No installer at my local store store manager set up time for me to drive one hour away when I get there they tell me there is no schedule for me know appointment but that they will work on my vehicle throughout the day 6 hours later I come to pick it up its not ready hasn't been touched installer is aggressive cursing uncourteous unprofessional disrespectful. After the second store manager gets involved she is quite helpful and schedule a nother appointment at another facility an hour in the opposite direction. When I get to the new facility the new store manager and installer tell me that there is going to be additional time labor and materials involved in the installation. But after I tell them the horror story I had gone to try and get there and get this installed and done they end up comping the additional labor and material this was a professional store after the experience I had had with the other two

    The installation took longer than anticipated. Yesterday when I went to autozone to have them do a check engine light scan you could see the new wires from the install hanging down. Overall not very professional.

    It is a great radio guy who installed it was great, he killed my battery though, then told me about the cost was gonna be more and i paid for the wrong installation, it was irritating but overall workinng great!

    The tech installer had a very bad attitude...did not allow her to install; requested to be rescheduled at the North Tampa location...the guys there were supper; great customer service. Excellent install.

    I got my new radio installed by the Geek Squad and when I got home I had no box and no information booklet. I dint think we will be able to get the full benefit of this radio.

    I was very disappointed with this service. First I started with talking with someone in the store about getting a stereo installed in my car. They specifically told me that I can get a Double DIN radio installed in my car. Later that week, I went on the Best Buy website and the website also confirmed that I can get a Double DIN radio installed in my car. So I bought the Double DIN radio and the Geek Squad install service. The day came for my install and I went to the store with my radio. The install tech went to my car, looked inside, went back to his computer, and then told me "I'm sorry, you can't install that in your car." I was like "Why not?" He then proceed to tell me that my car does not support Double DIN radio, only single DIN, plus I had to buy additional cables and brackets that was not mentioned by the store representative, nor the Best Buy website. He then told me that they didn't have the bracket in stock and that I had to go online, to a third party company, and buy the bracket and bring it in. What's the point of me buying an install service if I still have to buy all the parts for the install from an outside vendor? He then gave me a printed copy of the part I needed to buy and said to give him a call when I got it so that I could set up a new appointment. That was a waste of 15 that I could have avoided if someone told me all of this earlier. To make a long story short, I ended up going to a local car installer who not only confirm that they COULD install my Double DIN radio, but supply all the parts that was necessary to get it installed. They also were able the get it installed the same week I went to the store to ask about the service. I will NEVER go to Best Buy again for an install service. The only good thing was I was able to get a refund for the install service that never happened.

    Considering it was free installation, I am thankful that I am not out anything financially. Didn’t show any features or how to operate radio after was installed. Mounted the microphone behind the dash, yes behind the dash, therefore couldn’t use the radio as a Bluetooth hands free for calls until I redid where microphone was mounted. Very disappointed.

    This was a gift for teenage daughter, so I wasn't present when install was done. Nice job on installing car stereo. Speaker for hands free option was placed in storage opening below radio; clearly the easiest option and also the option that will guarantee it will only be so long before it breaks. Also, anticipated there to be additional costs, such as wiring harness, just didn't expect those total costs to be more than the $65 it cost for the actual install. Thinking Best Buy sales associates could do a better job letting you know before hand what those costs might be.

    This is my first cd player being installed in my car from my factory cd player. It looks nce and had agood sale price at the time of purchase. However, the radio will NOT come off when I press the release button. Sometimes the CD player won't take the CD's in. The speakerphone for the bluetooth must have an echo or extra loud noise for the people I'm talking too because they always say something about it. (I don't hear it though...) The ipod won't play with the Ipod charger like we were told either... The bluetooth music works well though. If these things could be fixed, everything else would make it a really nice radio.

    Installation overall was okay but I've been having issues since installation try to get someone to check it. The back speakers come off/on as drive
