    I don’t know if I can say enough bad….

    A truly horrible job was done. I had a stereo and speakers put in an old truck that was in far from perfect shape. But the install was so far from complete it isn’t funny. To list what I discovered wrong in the 30 minute drive home in the dark…. 1. Cup holder not re installed and left loose 2. Microphone for radio not installed 3. Existing rear speakers that were to remain not functioning. Can’t wait to go out I. The daylight and see what else is jacked up! A terrible value even for the ‘free’ radio install.

    Install was a little longer than expected, but sound quality was nice! Now, however, music won't play. Could be the device though.

    The guy who did my install broke my clock, and the switch for my rear window. My dash was broke as well as the factory radio that was took out wires were hanging down from under my dash for the Mic to the new head unit. Worst install job ever. I have not been back to best buy since and probably will never go back to best buy.

    No antenna, receiver will not turn on and off

    Two items that make this a one star review: 1. When I ordered the receiver and accessories the clerk did not include the antenna in the parts list. No one on the install team checked the list to ensure that all parts were ordered. When I picked up my car after the install I was informed that the were able to jury rig the old antenna into the new receiver, but the reception is now terrible. The installer said I could order an antenna and they would install it, but I don't want to have to pay the installation fee again. 2. The receiver will not turn on and off. I followed the instructions in the user guide, but I can't turn the system off. It is always on when the car is on. This is a problem. As I mentioned the installer was very friendly, but it is disappointing that the job was not done properly.

    I purchased a receiver and two speakers for my son's vehicle. A few weeks later I went to have it installed. I was told at that point the install I purchased does not include installing the speakers. I had to pony up a lot more money to get everything done. I am very upset that I was not informed when I purchased everything at once. My son loves the receiver, but I am not a happy customer with the install.

    I had a horrible experience with trying to get this radio installed. After buying the product and the extra pieces needed I was told that the install was free. However, the day of the service I was told about additional fees. I was also told that the service would take longer than the appointment they set so I would not be able to get the service done. I believe the technician just didn’t want to complete the job. I had to wait a week after buying the radio before I could even get the installation.

    NEVER AGAIN!!!! They didn't put all the screws in my center arm rest was lose. The never hooked up the wires to my AC. I had to take to another place to get the radio fixed. i would give it 0 stars, DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING with geek squad.

    I will never buy anything else from Best Buy. My Appointment was at 9:00 am, first I wasn't told where the shop was only ""behind the building" which is not true. When I found the right spot everything was close I waited a couple of minutes, but nothing. I went to the store and it was also close, but the employees were arriving. I ask one of the employees and he told me to wait while he got the manager. I had all my paperwork with me and the store manager was so rude all he had to do was call the shop and they would of confirm my appointment. After being treated disrespectfully by the store manager I went back to the shop after 10 minutes wait, the technician comes out and tells me they have my car mark as a truck that's why he didn't open the door before. It was the worst experience ever. I will never buy again at Best Buy.

    Car radios should be easy to operate. I have to pull over to the side of the road when I want to change things. It is a real challenge.

    They were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable but yet left a wire hanging out of my dash and my steering wheel controls no longer work when they specifically told me they would.

    The store messed up the order of the parts needed and the appointment scheduling. All the parts I had should have been reviewed first. If something wasn't right, everything should have stopped so that the installation could have been completed with ample time to get everything right. Instead it was rushed and I paid a lot for mediocrity and I couldn't even get the stereo I wanted because it didn't fit the kit the store ordered. You guys are the experts, so you have to make sure everything is in order. If not, then you should make things right. Also I have a six speaker system, but only four of the speakers are putting out sound. I have no confidence in best buy to take it back. I'm done!

    If it was not for chris the installer I would never do business with best buy again! I purchased a car stereo for my fiancé's birthday, and had scheduled it to be installed on her actual birthday. Well that was not the case, it was due to be installed on 06/21/2013, and after having rescheduled three times (one was my fault) it was finally installed almost a month later. Issues that I saw causing this delay, revolve around a lack of training and a lack of good management. If it wasn't for the installer chris giving me his cell phone # and letting me know personally when everything was finally there and I could get the install done I would have gone to car toys.

    Still haven’t been able to use it or return it. Was told to buy this service ahead of time. Once there I was told to pay couple hundred more to get the radio installed. I was just trying to save time but after that experience I installed the radio myself total work time maybe 45 to 60 minutes.

    I went to best buy to buy a CD player for my truck my salesman was very helpful I wanted to get it installed that day so the salesman calls to the install bay the guy tells him he only have one person ahead of me and he's already started it so it should only be an hour or two so I say ok that's fine so I proceed to pay for everything and take it around to the install bay when I get to the install bay the guy ask me if I'm going to leave my vehicle I say no I'm going to wait then he says well its going to be five or six hours so I tell him the salesman just talked to you and he says you told him one or two hours and that the vehicle that your working in shouldn't be to much longer of course I got no answer from the install guy so I returned everything he was pretty helpful in my return of the products so i guess thats a plus and took my business somewhere else if I could give zero stars I would
