The store messed up the order of the parts needed and the appointment scheduling. All the parts I had should have been reviewed first. If something wasn't right, everything should have stopped so that the installation could have been completed with ample time to get everything right. Instead it was rushed and I paid a lot for mediocrity and I couldn't even get the stereo I wanted because it didn't fit the kit the store ordered. You guys are the experts, so you have to make sure everything is in order. If not, then you should make things right. Also I have a six speaker system, but only four of the speakers are putting out sound. I have no confidence in best buy to take it back. I'm done!

If it was not for chris the installer I would never do business with best buy again! I purchased a car stereo for my fiancé's birthday, and had scheduled it to be installed on her actual birthday. Well that was not the case, it was due to be installed on 06/21/2013, and after having rescheduled three times (one was my fault) it was finally installed almost a month later. Issues that I saw causing this delay, revolve around a lack of training and a lack of good management. If it wasn't for the installer chris giving me his cell phone # and letting me know personally when everything was finally there and I could get the install done I would have gone to car toys.

The guy was nice but scratch the inside of my far a cracked the plastic

I went to best buy to buy a CD player for my truck my salesman was very helpful I wanted to get it installed that day so the salesman calls to the install bay the guy tells him he only have one person ahead of me and he's already started it so it should only be an hour or two so I say ok that's fine so I proceed to pay for everything and take it around to the install bay when I get to the install bay the guy ask me if I'm going to leave my vehicle I say no I'm going to wait then he says well its going to be five or six hours so I tell him the salesman just talked to you and he says you told him one or two hours and that the vehicle that your working in shouldn't be to much longer of course I got no answer from the install guy so I returned everything he was pretty helpful in my return of the products so i guess thats a plus and took my business somewhere else if I could give zero stars I would

The installation went well but I had a very hard time getting through to the bay to get the appointment.

Had done for my mother in law. She said installer was a bit rushed even though it only took 30 minutes of the hour reserved. Didn't go over stereo basics like Bluetooth so she came to our house so we could show her. Would be good customer service to older customers especially to do that.

My car stereo was installed in August in 2020. Not too long after, maybe a month, the stereo somehow got pushed all the way back by normal pressure finger touches. It doesn’t look too nice being all the way inside the car.

Only complaint is that the buttons are impossible to read... you just have to memorize what each button does.

Didnt step radio completely. Clock wasn't step at all. Book information was awful .

Seemed fine at first, but now radio is dead after only 2 years, 3 months (not a fuse). Seems like it could be loose wires or a bad radio, either way that means it was a bad decision to go with BestBuy, their Geeksquad 2 year extended warranty (which expired, according to them 3 months ago...what extension is that??) or their in-store installation. Now I need to pay a garage to determine if it's really the radio or loose wiring. Old radio ran fine for 20+ years....

The technician seemed preoccupied with other things on his mind. He rushed to install the radio

Tech said stereo went in fine no problems and happy with his help answered all questions I had

Didn’t need the install but if I did I am sure they would have done a great job.

I bought Kenwood radio with install by Best Buy, but they stopped installing because of virus so I installed myself. I watched U-tube and learned how to install. Didn't need Best Buy.

I’ve purchased two car stereos from this Sparks branch, and I’ve returned 5x in total between the two. The manager, Cody, is also trained in Car audio and always fixes the issues that his installers cause. It would be nice to not have to return each time. Seems like the issue is with the harness either being to small or not secured.

Had to wait over two weeks to get a appointment but when I finally got it in every thing went good

My deck is loose and moves when I attach and detach the face of the unit. Also my key was broken, damaged and now I'm having problems getting into my vehicle because of the key less remote. I need someone to contact me regarding this. 760-458-8849

Radio/cd installed ok. Some markings left on surrounding plastic trim.

We made an appointment for stereo installation online because the sales clerk said he couldn't do it when the stereo was purchased and the appointment had to made online. When we got there we were told that there would be at least a 2 hour wait because they were working on other installations. We should have been notified of this before we made the trip to the store. A phone call to notify us should have been made beforehand. We had to make another appointment for a few days later. Why make an appointment for a 1/2 hour installation then be told when you get there that the wait will be at least 2 hours? The cost for the installation was reasonable. The communication needs to be better. The installation was fine, my daughter is very happy with the stereo.
