    Left with no blinkers had to come back which was a bit of inconvenience due to tech not installing correctly Found a couple random dash screws after install Steering wheel controls are crappy I don’t know if crappy product or bad install but can’t change songs modes etc only controls volume

    Ripped off and never returning to best buy

    None of the store employees knew what this was. This charge is only a third of what they wanted to install the radio, and they refused to apply what I paid online. I left the store, and now I can't get my money back for this fee I paid. Best Buy ripped me off.

    best buy performed install on deck and speakers , not only did I have to wait three weeks but the speakers they said would fit did not . my car returned to me with missing screws and a mess of all debri from trying to install .

    Installers did a wonderful job. Dislike that it's two separate prices to get all products installed into my truck though.

    Installer never showed so I canceled my appointment and went to get it installed somewhere else. I had rescheduled my work so I could have this done,had the appointment set 2 weeks in advance and had to get it done that day....really making me rethink my whole geek squad total tech yearly contract

    The employee never made my appointment. I showed up for my 4:30 appointment and it was not scheduled. I am still sitting here and it's 7:30 pm. The installation employee told me he'll get to me when he can! Very disappointed in this service and with Best Buy at the moment.

    Unable to contact Geek squad at the Martinsburg WV

    Nobody at the Martinsburg WV store would answer the phone so I could make an appointment. I tried on the website but no luck. I will go somewhere else to do this. I'm very disappointed with this store. I've always bought my electronics there

    These guys called me 5 times about parts they said I didn’t have in the car. I drove there to show them the envelopes on the floor of the passenger side. They also installed 4 speakers. The two small ones came with new grills but weren’t installed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ at least I got to keep all the garbage!

    Charging an extra $100 for wire and labor when tech will already be installing is bad.

    Did not get a quality installation. Now the rear speakers do not work which they had before. Had no help after installation on how to work the stereo. Screws missing that held dash together. Do not have a geek install your electronic items. Not good.

    Worst tech team for radios and speakers

    I took my husbands car in and i had to buy a harness and a plug. The one they told me to buy did not fit and had to wait til they got another harness in. Then i had went and had my speakers put in and the lady was like oh did not know you wanted the speaker cover put on and she could not do it. I will take my business somewhere else

    Service was not completed the guy said my shifter spring was elongated and he could not install the stereo that i had to contact the dealer and when i did they had no idea what the shifter spring is so i had to pay someone else to install my stereo

    Made my installation appointment 2 weeks in advance, technician called at 5pm the night before to inquire if i had a specific item needed. I did not and he said it is a special order only item. Takes 10 days to get and another 3 weeks to get another appointment. Bought the item i needed at advanced and installed it ourselves

    this tech did not explain anything to us. Drove 90 miles to get Best Buy Installation. This tech did not explain anything. He was sick and coughing over everthing and everyone. I will choose a place in another place before drving that far to get specifically BEST BUY help again.

    Had an appointment went to pick up some other items ordered and then they marked my installation complete waited 3 hours on hold and no success Questioning my purchase at this point will probably return it all.
