    Purchased stereo and install, afterwards tech says you can’t put an aftermarket radio in a Mercedes. Um...yes you can. Techs have no ability to wire stereos without a special harness. Had to get refund.

    Charged 150$ more for parts additional after I was told I bought everything needed in store and installation was included. Definitely a big surprise when I was told at install they needed over 100$ more.

    Was called day of appointment and told they would have to reschedule, but didn't know when. Installed it myself. Not the first issue I've had with Best Buy, but will be the last. Unimpressed and disappointed.

    Deck was installed, now truck has check engine light? Installer set the time but nothing else, didnt walk through the settings at all. Left it in demo mode didnt help tune system.

    The store did not have a part I needed for my stereo to get installed. Aside from that I would have to purchase this part needed somewhere else and very expensive. I never used geek squad for the installation.

    Ended up being $150 after charging me for installing satellite harness, steering wheel harness, microphone install.... NOT FREE

    Never got the installation. They Didn't have all the parts. Therefore I have to wait another three weeks opening. There is only one person doing installation. It just doesn't make sense

    I was really disappointed with my install. The dash had some major scratches and the deck appears to be tilting down. It took longer than expected. The only good thing is the guy did walk me through the operations of the stereo. Still had a lot to learn afterward.

    The tech who installed the unit asked if I want to install the mic for extra 40$ I told him I don't, so he took it from the package without telling me. I had to buy another mic when I need.

    Went up to the store on Rt 1 in Henrico and they said did not know when they would be able to install its still in box in the trunk of my car not good

    Button for Tailgate window not working

    The button to control the 5th tailgate window in my 4runner is not working after a stereo install. I can manually move the window with the key hole in the tailgate. Will contact techs and revise review if the problem is fixed.

    Equipment was sold to me from Best Buy and apparently Best Buy doesn’t even sell the car radio housing that’s needed for my 2005 Subaru Legacy.

    Geek Squad canceled my appointment the day of service & stated they would reschedule in about 2 weeks. It has been over a month and Geek Squad still has never reached out.

    Killed my car battery

    Guy left my interior lights on in the car while doors were open during entire installation. battery drained/died shortly thereafter.

    The Geek Squad never installed the radio in my car. The installed was suppose to be free, but when we got there we were quoted almost $300.

    Best buy broke one of the panel cover

    Radio was installed but couldn't fit it properly on the panel. Also, broke one of the panel cover. Now the cover is loose. Great job best buy. Maybe, that's the reason why it's free installation.
