    Nothing but a hassle dealing with management over a dash receiver, haven’t been in the store since,probably never will.

    it took the tech a bunch of long complicated steps to get my phone to work with the system installed. As soon as I left the installation area it quit. I have NEVER got it to work again. I just do not use the phone in the car.

    This has not been completed as my reservation was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I am still waiting for a new reservation date.

    Didn't get the appointment set right so the tech didn't have sufficient time to do all the nessicary stuff for my whole system install like i wanted done just the dash kit got installed however the tech was friendly.

    There were several issues i threw out the process they were very crunched for time so everything i was supposed to get with my install didnt get done at all

    My car stalled out on I-26 on the way home...there is a short in the positive terminal. $122 later I finally made it home.

    IT WAS NOT COMPLETED! it’s for tomorrow morning yet it says it’s completed. i’m on the verge of tears on hold to talk to a random person.

    The guy was quick, but didn’t bother to show us how to work the radio. Had to return later to be shown how to connect Bluetooth

    Installer broke the dash panel

    The installer broke the panel and didn't even bother saying anything about it. I've left several messages for the GM and no one has bothered to call me back. It cost me $700 to repair my daughter's car.

    It took app 6 visits to 4 different stores to have my radio installed. My remote control was lost and they never had time to install my speakers( which I still have in original box ) all purchased to the store

    I will be taking my truck back in to get this poor install job redone. The radio rattles in the dash. The BT cuts in and out. If I put the back windows down I get static. Overall a very poor install job!

    The radio backing should be hidden but it not I bought the radio kit and I was installed sloppy
