Guy installed my stereo. Was quick and efficient. I love my new stereo.

Had car stereo installed at Orchard Park location in October. In December, went to use my rear window defogger and found it inoperative. Took it to dealer and they found that the wiring had been disconnected under the dashboard and never plugged back in. Went back to Best Buy and talked with Manager Josh. Because I had purchased the stereo at another Best Buy, and had free installation, he could not find the appt. listed. All he found was an entry for a refund of the external antenna. I did not have the original installation order with me, just the credit card receipt showing the purchase. In spite of my lack of paperwork, Josh refunded the money I had to pay to get the rear window defogger plugged back in. I appreciated him doing a lot of research to verify my installation and for refunding me for the repair

They guys that installed my new car sound system were fast, capable and friendly. Got in and out of the place in a little over an hour. Can't recommend their service enough.

Having an aftermarket stereo installed on my Saturn Astra was quite a process. The installer was great though. Took the time to explain what he was doing and even recommended additional "optional" part to make for better handling of stereo. Professional quality, affordable installation.

2 weeks ago my left speaker went out. I started looking into a new system. Settled on a JVC stereo and speakers. Went to Best Buy and purchased them and set my install for Sat Oct 31 at 12:45. Got there at 12:20 and was in the door by 12:30. Cory thought that it was not my stereo, but maybe the speakers. Pinged the speaker and it worked. Took the door apart and whoever did the install before, used shoddy connectors. Went ahead and fixed them and installed the stereo. Even though my old stereo was fine. Didn't charge me for the speakers he fixed. Great experience. I will be using Geek Squad again.

After reading many horror stories, I was a bit unsure about going to Best Buy to have my JVC stereo installed. But after also reading some positive reviews and since they take walk-ins, I decided to try it out. I got there as soon as they opened, and they were available to help me immediately. The employees were very friendly. They said it would be $110 (parts + labor) and that it would take about an hour. 50 minutes later, I got a call informing me that they were done. When I got back to the store, I checked out their work and it was exactly what I was looking for! The guy even showed me how to use the new stereo. In the end, the total price ended up being $120, more than expected but that's because he had to install an antenna, which he informed me of that possibility beforehand. Although the price is high, it was worth it to me because it was installed perfectly and quickly with no issues at all. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Fast service and everything worked. I was out in under an hour which is nice.

I had my car stereo installed at the Best Buy on SE 14th in Des Moines, IA. The guys there were GREAT - they were able to get me in right after I purchased my stereo. The install only took about an hour, which included pulling out my old unit and satellite radio receiver. I had asked them if my new unit would connect to the old receiver. They told me it wouldn't fit and even showed me where the plug in was on the new unit. It's great customer service when you're willing to take the time to show a customer something and not just expect them to take your word for it. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the install before I left. I would recommend this store to ANYONE for installations!

Called on saturday about noon to see if they could install a stereo and 2 speakers. They said drop it off and they will try to get to it today. By 5 pm I was picking it up and rockin' on the way home. Professional looking and sounding. Thanks.

Caleb Smith at the Best Buy in Issaquah WA did a great job installing my in dash stereo and making a few tweaks to my dash for a perfect installation. He even had to go to a local auto parts store for a specific part that finished off the install. I couldn't be happier. Great stereo and install - what's not to like?

the gentlemen in installation did an excellent job on the installation and offered to show me how to use the blue tooth but not a feature i plan on using.

I've had stereos installed by Mad Jacks and Leo's, but only when I had Best Buy install my sony hd did the install like it was done as the original unit. Best Buy even set the time and took the unit off of "demo" mode. It took less than an hour. The first, and only and last, ttime I installed a stereo it took me over 4 hours. That makes the Geek Squad installation a very good buy at Best Buy. I just sold the afforementioned car and the new owner wanted the hd radio included. I had planned on taking the car back to Best But and have swap the origninal back for free. I will definately use the Geek Squad to install my new sony hd radio into my new(er) car.

Bought a replacement radio for a 10 year old minivan. Agent was very helpful with helping us select an appropriate radio. It was a Sunday afternoon and we made the purchase and had it installed in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES! I have not experienced this level of customer service in years and it could not have been any better. Great job!

The stereo system in my 2001 Lexus IS300 needed replaced due to the CD player not working. As the original system is no longer available from Lexus due to the age of the car, I decided to upgrade to a system with SiriusXM. The salesperson at the Fair City Best Buy store was helpful, I chose an Alpine system, and then was taken back to talk to Chris the installer. Charges were clearly explained and the installation scheduled in a few weeks due to waiting for parts. Everything went like clockwork - good communication and the result a great sounding system! I highly recommend Chris at the Fair City store for installations!

This was the best service I've ever received from a retail store! I had a car stereo installed by Jason over in the Geek Squad Mobile Electronics section. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He installed my car stereo flawlessly including the Bluetooth microphone and bypassing the amp for no extra charge. On top of all that, he even sat down in my car with me and went over all of the features of the stereo! A true expert in his craft...go see Jason at Best Buy Silverdale if you need a car stereo installed! DO NOT go to Car Toys!

Today I got my car radio installed into my 2003 Toyota Camry. My installer was Logan and he was so helpful and sweet! He was thorough and took his time explaining everything, and was sure to answer any questions I had. Logan was quick when it came to the installation and it came out perfectly! I am so happy with my experience and this nice man deserves a raise, he is great at what he does! Thank you Logan:) I will recommend him and the services to any of my friends!

I scheduled the appointment to have my stereo installed the same day. Paul at the Best Buy on Sunland Park in El Paso, Texas was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My car was done in less than 1 hour and he explained how to use the new stereo. Unlike previous reviews, he had no trouble at all redeeming my voucher for the installation that I prepaid online. The lifetime warranty is a great bonus in case I decide to sell or trade in the car. They will put the factory stereo back in at no charge. I will definately use the Geek Squad in the future!
