The agent installed car stereo in the time he gave me and installed the microphone in a clean and professional job. Micro phone not in the way of getting into and out of vehicle.

Two years later and I finally installed my in-dash stereo. Luckily I purchased the Geek Squad Car Deck Installation plan. Only thing I had to purchase was the hardware kit which was $35. Installation took less than 45 minutes. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Didn't have an appointment so I walked in at 10:00 and the agent told me there was one person in front and it'd be an hour and a half wait, which was fine with me. 5 minutes later I noticed him working on my car. Job was done in less then 40 minutes. Unit is working great and I'm satisfied. Definitely coming back when I get some new speakers and amp. Thanks

Where to begin? Timeline goes like this- January 2013- Trip1 I purchased Polk speakers at the store and paid to have them "professionally" installed, which wasn't by any means cheap. Took over 4 hours and on the way home one of the speakers grounded out, causing the entire system, radio and all, not to work. Since I was called to pick it up right as the department was closed, i had to wait until the next day to drive the 30 minutes back to The Mt. Juliet store where they were installed, just to have them fix the problem. Another troublesome discovery was that the tweeters (we paid extra for because we were told that's what the car required) were installed into the door panels and not the dashboard. January Trip 2 I pointed out that holes were cut into both front door panels for the tweeters, with no consent, because the installer didn't feel comfortable going into the dash because he might trigger the airbags. The tweeters were completely covered up by the side dashboard when the doors were closed, making them completely useless at the very least. It also created a sound that was not what I had paid for. I was refunded the price of the tweeters. Still have holes in the door. Parts where also left dangling and the face plate (simple and not a big deal) was cock eyed. Just not professional. I left feeling ok, but not completely satisfied. February Trip 3 About a week and a half later the speakers grounded out again. Due to life, I was unable to take another 2-3 hours out of my day/life to make the trip back up to Mt. Juliet to have them fixed right away, so i just drove around with expensive speakers and no sound. Every now and then I would hit a bump in the road and they would start working until the next bump. Finally made it up there and someone with a little more knowledge of speaker installation installed them correctly and even put tweeters in the dash, like I originally desired. I was happy. A week and a half later, speakers grounded out, leaving me in silence once again. Now I'm angry. March Trip 4 I had to wait a week or so before taking another 3 hours to make the trip back to have them fix my speakers. They supposedly fixed my speakers and double checked everything so it wouldn't happen again. I spoke to the installation manager and he said he was never made aware of the problem and gave me his card so that if they crapped out on me again, he would try to send someone to me. That's great and all but if anything further happens, they will be the last people i call for help. I will find someone who knows what they are doing. I usually don't write reviews, in fact this is my first ever, but I feel that I should have been further compensated for my troubles. Had I been, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review. I spent 12 hours traveling and waiting, at least $30 in gas, $350 on speakers and installation, and had two holes cut into my doors unnecessarily. All in the span of two months. Not to mention that I drove around without any sound for more than half the time, since the initial install. I have used Best Buy's services to install every speaker/sound system in every car I've owned, but now we will be parting ways. Ridiculous.

Fast, friendly, and profesional. Everything desired when you pay someone for installion. Told me it would be an hour for intallation and they were done in 35 minutes. Everything was installed neatly and no left over trash or parts were left in my vehicle. Installer went through on operation of the radio and paired my phone to it.

I showed up around 10:30 on Wednesday morning and the guy was waiting on a late appointment. After about 10 minutes he bumped me up and my new radio was installed within an hour. No problems at all. Nice guy, too.

The person in charge of installing my car stereo was professional, friendly and helpful. The installation took less time than originally stated and everything looked and sounded great. I was skeptical about paying the money for the installation, but I was able to cash in on the Free Installation deal. Highly recommend if you can get a similar deal.

The technicians did an excellent installation of my new auto headset/stereo in my new auto. They were very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions.

replaced non-working stereo with Sony detachable face receiver. The new Sony was an excellent and inexpensive upgrade. Installation went smoothly and system sounds good.

I purchased a radio and they installed it the same day for $65 and in 30 minutes. They showed me most of the features of the unit, hooked up the bluetooth, and it sounds great.

I purchased a car stereo model from another online retailer not offered by Best Buy. It came with all the adapters and installation parts for my vehicle. I arrived at my appointment time and the technician was friendly and finished the work in under 15 minutes. He even set the radio clock!

Everything was done correctly and we were happy with the service.

The tech that installed my car stereo was awesome. He was on time and finished before quoted time frame. After install, he made sure to go over everything with me and gave me a crash course on all the functions of the stereo. Will definitely use them again.

Geek Squad Install Techs did a great job at installing my new car radio. I definitely recommend the service to anyone who wants to upgrade their car system.

I have an older car and took it to have the radio I purchased installed. I ended up having to make a second appointment to have my stereo installed (the tool broke while trying to remove a rusted part the first time) they were able to work me into the schedule quickly and I'm loving my new radio :)
