The technician was great he went over work someone had already tried to do I was missing a part to hold the radio tight but he made sure there was no movement!!!

Very pleased with car stereo installation. Carlos at Dadeland did a real nice job, installed the unit fast and looks/sounds great.

The group in North Dartmouth in the auot install department is top notch, they were helpful, professional, and quick and thorough, can't say enough good things about them!

Specifically requested a stereo that would work with my factory overhead DVD. Tech took two and a half hours to complete the install. When he was done he said, "You didn't want the DVD hooked up, right?" I told him of course I did and made sure that the unit I purchased was capable of doing that. He informed me that he didn't know how to do that and that he wasn't told that I wanted that done. He said that I needed to make a new appointment to get this done.

The person installing did an okay job but the problem is that Best Buy does not make sure they are well trained for all aspects of the radios, antennas, speakers or what ever components are chosen for that install. The sales person choose all the components by using their computer program to choose components for this install for our particular year and model vehicle. The installer did not check to make sure these components worked together and the AM part did not work. If I pay for an AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth radio, I expect all of those components to work. He finally got the AM radio to work partially after we called the manager and complained. With my husband looking over the process this time, he discovered there were two antenna components on the radio therefore a separate AM & FM antenna were needed. There response was no one listens to AM anymore. Well I'm someone and I LISTEN to AM and want ALL components to work. There are check boxes on the install form as to what was completed and worked. All the boxes were l checked. The manager said the only thing they could do was refund our money. We told him that It wasn't about the money...we just want it to work. It just amazes me that no one seems to be able to use there head and figure things out. If my husband had not been there and saw that there were two separate antenna connections we would not even have the AM part working and still is has a lot of static. The manager thought we should be happy with that and I asked him if it was in his vehicle if he would be happy with it but of course he would not answer and said it was not up to him, it was up to me. You can bet if it was his vehicle he would not settle for inferior quality products or work.

Unless you can do this for yourself, you have to pay for the instillation of the sound system. That said, the instillation was done quickly and efficiently.

Purchased my receiver from best buy and was able to get it installed the same day. Quality work done.

I had a big job done here. I had new wiring and speakers, as well as a new head unit and sub/amp, installed in my recently restored vintage truck. The installation was done very quick and came out terrible. I would not use their installation service for anything more than getting stock speakers replaced. They DO NOT have the experience/expertise to handle full audio replacement/installation. Stick to shops that deal with nothing but car audio for large scale jobs like the one I had done.

Bought this item and had the automotive install it. They had it installed in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
