Great Stereo, lousy installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to the Belmar, CO location to get a stereo installed in my new vehicle. The technician told me the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. It was almost two and a half hours. He never connected the stereo to the controls on the steering wheel, nor asked me if I wanted it connected. To top all of this off, he disconnected several wires from my car and never reconnected them. This caused me to fail emissions and I had to pay $135.00 in maintenance to have them reconnected. I would highly advise avoiding this location.

Car Stereo Install

These guys they have working on my car are complete idiots! I have taking my car to them 5 times for the same install and it still isn't right. Now I have something rattling in my dash which i think is the steering wheel control box that they should have mounted. Don't waste your time and money!!!

installers have no customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bougt a car radio and followed the instal instructions exactly, but the radio still didn't work so i drive the 50 miles back to the store and all they would do is say check the fuses. none of the fuses was burnt so now I'm stuck with a radio and a 90 dollar wiring harness that don't work. They could've at least made sure the harness they sold me was the correct one. Since there isn't a way to contact a manager directly this was my only choice.

Geek squad car audio

Wires ran very crappy, and called multiple times and can’t get ahold of anyone

Lazy and unwilling installers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I took my car in for install, I was given every ecuse as to why they couldn't do the install. It was a lengthy install and they just didnt want to go the extra mile.

I'm sorry if you were not aware that they may be additional parts or fees. We try and make customers aware that there may be additional fees depending on the vehicle by listing the following in the "Product Features" section:
Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including nonstandard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete.
