Radio was installed while I waited. Staff stated it would take about 1 hour to install it but in return I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I dropped my car off in the morning and got a call a few hrs later. Installed a dd system and four speakers, no issues, clean install , good Job Best Buy .

He offered to help after my deadline. Even managed to complete it within 20 mins! A1 and round of applause. I am able to use my stereo efficiently and happily.

The installer was great! I stopped by and talked with him ahead of time and informed me I might not need everything I had purchased and he would put on hold what I might actually need. Upon starting the installation he told me he was correct and saved me $50 plus the installation took considerably less time than was allotted. Everything sounds good and looks great. He was great in his treatment of me and my car.

We got the radio at Best Buy & they installed in the next day. Install was done within 30 mins. I was impressed with their efficiency & customer service.

The New Hartford store car install team is great. They installed a JVC head unit in 30 minutes with no cutting. Install looked factory.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the radio installation service was fabulous. There's a clean and neat waiting room with a tv and a bathroom. Alberto and Brian (not his real name but I can't remember it) could not have been nicer. They were ready for me when I arrived. The install was scheduled for 2 hours but it took less than 30 minutes. After the install, Brian (OMG I wish I could remember his real name!) sat in the car with me and showed me all the features and how to use them. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Fantastic service!

Install went well. The young man was all by himself, but did a great job on the install. Shop staff was very good and ordered what I needed. When I chatted online they told me some incorrect info, but shop staff got it straight.
