I wasn't sure what to expect but the radio installation service was fabulous. There's a clean and neat waiting room with a tv and a bathroom. Alberto and Brian (not his real name but I can't remember it) could not have been nicer. They were ready for me when I arrived. The install was scheduled for 2 hours but it took less than 30 minutes. After the install, Brian (OMG I wish I could remember his real name!) sat in the car with me and showed me all the features and how to use them. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Fantastic service!

Great work and radio looks great on new dash. However, after the install the car battery begun to drain and the car did not start. Took it back to Best Buy and they have currently scheduled me to fix the problem if it's something they did not do correctly. Although I'm not happy that I have to take the car back, I feel very secure that they will honor their responsibility and for this I give them an excellent rating

Install is worth waiting for. My installer (Fred) called a few days before the scheduled install to advise me about some of the schedule concerns he had. We worked out a better time for both him and me and it was perfection. From drive up. To his hands on training of how to make my 80 year old head understand this new technology. And the sound. Great!!
