If you don't want to do your own installation or do not know how to you should consider getting it installed by Bestbuy Geek Squad Autotech. They are knowledgable and does an awesome job. I had my car stereo and stereo system installed and I am very pleased with the quality that was provided. Both installer were excellent and went over the product to made sure I understood all the features. A job that typically takes about 1.5 hour was completed in 30 minutes. That was awesome. I will continue to use Bestbuy Geek Squad Autotech for future installations.

Great installation by the crew at the West LA location. I would advise against using the phone to do anything concerning install reservations, at any store location, because you'll be on hold forever. I used their website and even that process is a little tricky. My installation was FREE ( $100 minimum purchase- I might be wrong about that! )

I had burned out the CD player in the factory radio in my 2009 Honda Fit and the radio was probably on its way out as well. Bought a new one with more features at Best Buy and, because I qualified for free installation, I had BB install it. They were ready for me at the scheduled time, installed it quickly, and were very helpful. I'm happy with their work and with their service.

Install was very quick and the people doing it were very professional and kind.

I scheduled and had installed the new stereo for my minivan. The technician did a wonderful job of checking me in and making sure I had all the items needed for installation. Luckily for me, the had the kit for hooking the steering wheel controls to the stereo, as the sales tech did not tell me this item was necessary. It cost me another $145 for this kit and installation, but like having steering wheel controls. Technician did a great job of installing, even quicker than told, and also going through all the features with me, so I would understand how to operate.

The stereo was purchased as a gift for my son and was to be loaded into a 2003 Chevy Impala. Timing or Scheduling was difficult as COVID 19 was impacting issues. We did have to drive quite a distance from home to get the install completed but VERY, VERY Happy with level of Professionalism and Treatment by Installer and the store manager. Lots of promises were made , but we are only in DAY 1 of use ,so we can not rate at HIGHEST Level as we need more time. Purchase date to INSTALL was over 6 weeks -- not fault of Installation Person

Once the radio is set-up and you know how to access the features of interest, the location of the buttons and what the buttons do, it is easy to operate. The sound is extremely clear and has features for enhancing it based on personal preferences. The size of the LCD letters, when not in daylight, are easy to read. The lighted backgroud color makes it easy to read in dim light and at night. The removable radio is an important theft prevention feature. The size makes its removability feasible as well as its fitting into a case and into a purse or pocket. The price and multiple features make it a best value.

Both geeks were precise with the information that I was asking for. They also provided the service in a timely manner. They assure to return if had any issues with the installation. But most of all they help me save a good chunk of money. Big kudos to both.
