Install is worth waiting for. My installer (Fred) called a few days before the scheduled install to advise me about some of the schedule concerns he had. We worked out a better time for both him and me and it was perfection. From drive up. To his hands on training of how to make my 80 year old head understand this new technology. And the sound. Great!!

The stereo was purchased as a gift for my son and was to be loaded into a 2003 Chevy Impala. Timing or Scheduling was difficult as COVID 19 was impacting issues. We did have to drive quite a distance from home to get the install completed but VERY, VERY Happy with level of Professionalism and Treatment by Installer and the store manager. Lots of promises were made , but we are only in DAY 1 of use ,so we can not rate at HIGHEST Level as we need more time. Purchase date to INSTALL was over 6 weeks -- not fault of Installation Person

I have to commend my installer, there was some question as to the color of the kit that was specified for my car, he realized it might not be correct and took it upon himself to pickup and alternative. As a result, when I showed for the install and found that the ordered part was not the correct color we were able to proceed and an hour later I was driving away with a complete install. I appreciate that kind of instinct and commitment to doing a good job.

The Geek Squaud did an excellent job installing my car auto parts and stereo. The work was high quality and they also provide a lifetime warranty.

Is not the firts deck that best buy install on my cars, I don't trust any other place than best buy. Service and quality is amazingly great!!!

The guys at Best Buy Audio did a great job installing my radio. They had to fix some old wiring in the original harness and everything works great!

I had burned out the CD player in the factory radio in my 2009 Honda Fit and the radio was probably on its way out as well. Bought a new one with more features at Best Buy and, because I qualified for free installation, I had BB install it. They were ready for me at the scheduled time, installed it quickly, and were very helpful. I'm happy with their work and with their service.

I wanted a new car stereo installed for my car. After realizing I didn't want to screw it up, I had GeekSquad install it. So far, the car stereo has worked great! No complaints about that. But the GeekSquad guy said I had to buy a vehicle mount as well, but the one he chose doesn't fit my stereo well. He tried to shape it and remove certain material in places to get it to fit, but the frame keeps coming off. It's annoying since I can't remove the faceplate of the car stereo.

The guy that did the install was quick and helpful with all my questions. He was courteous and cleaned up what little mess he made. Very Nice!!

I was absolutely impressed by the technician's demeanor and communication skills; they are beyond superb. The initial stereo I ordered did not fit my truck but I was happy that there was one in stock and he installed it in a very timely manner; that really impressed me also.

I've had radios installed in three vehicles. The Margate location installed two of them and did an excellent job. 5 Stars to Margate The third was installed in Orlando on Colonial Drive as a gift. This wasn't the best experience. The installer wasn't knowledgeable about the radio and my son had to drive 30 minutes back to retrieve the remote that was left out of the box. Needless to say the installer didn't demonstrate the radio. 2 Stars I would recommend the Margate location for installation.
