Great my new KENWOODRemote stereo I had installed was fast and easy and good price.

I had a stock radio before. No way to hook up my iPhone to listen to music. Now I can listen to my music and talk on my cell phone via bluetooth hands free!

Perfect installation, took all of 10 minutes, as they were replacing an Alpine unit I had installed about ten years ago. I appreciate that they placed the microphone for phone use and voice commands in the empty "pocket" under my single-DIN receiver, rather than on the sun visor. Hope to use Geek Squad again-- I'm thinking about adding a 4 channel amp and a powered subwoofer.

Installation went as planned. Everything was fine for a couple of miles when the unit turned off and wouldn't power up again. I won't go in to how i felt. It was late so I went home and stopped in at the store before work the next morning. The tech got me in as soon as possible, diagnosed the problem, resoldered the ground, no questions asked and I was to work on time.

Having Best Buy install our new satellite deck is a no brainer. They did a great job and everything is good to go.

The installers did an amazing job installing my Pioneer NEX4200. Everything worked great and it added a ton of great features to my car.

The installation was very professional, neat, and the tech took time to answer all my questions and explain the operation.

I had to make an appointment to have my new radio installed, and due to the pandemic, I understood the reasons. Although my appointment was late in the day, they were ready for me. He got the job done quickly. But since it was late in the day, they didn't want to spend a lot of time explaining how the radio worked - all the different controls, inputs, display, etc. OTOH, I guess this may have been the salesperson's job, but at the time I didn't know enough to ask.

Geek squad installed my alpine head unit. Looks better than factory. Instructed me on getting basic use of stereo, BT, etc. Great experience.

Appointment was right on time, no delays. Installer was knowledgeable and quick. The install looked good and worked perfectly.

when I first spoke with the tec. Nick I was not impressed but he then was totally different when I brought my Jeep in for the service to be done he was great explained the work to me an I am extreamly satisfied with the job the guy really knows his job from start to finish .He ended up being a very professional at his job he deserves to be well treated he is worth every penny you pay him

I bought a package deal at Best Buy. I purchased a Kenwood car receiver, a set of 6x9 speakers and a set of 4x6 speakers. The installation was perfect and the system sounds great !!!!! I am very happy with my purchase
