Both geeks were precise with the information that I was asking for. They also provided the service in a timely manner. They assure to return if had any issues with the installation. But most of all they help me save a good chunk of money. Big kudos to both.

Perfect installation, took all of 10 minutes, as they were replacing an Alpine unit I had installed about ten years ago. I appreciate that they placed the microphone for phone use and voice commands in the empty "pocket" under my single-DIN receiver, rather than on the sun visor. Hope to use Geek Squad again-- I'm thinking about adding a 4 channel amp and a powered subwoofer.

I have a Honda Civic and wanted a newer radio model put in it but everywhere I looked for a instillation they seemed to be less than perfectional also didn’t seem to know what they were talking about but the moment I called Best Buy they seemed experienced and very very professional before and after my instillation the guy explained everything to me and even worked Harder to get my radio working when it wasn’t even his fault the service was impeccable I would definitely recommend them

I had to make an appointment to have my new radio installed, and due to the pandemic, I understood the reasons. Although my appointment was late in the day, they were ready for me. He got the job done quickly. But since it was late in the day, they didn't want to spend a lot of time explaining how the radio worked - all the different controls, inputs, display, etc. OTOH, I guess this may have been the salesperson's job, but at the time I didn't know enough to ask.

when I first spoke with the tec. Nick I was not impressed but he then was totally different when I brought my Jeep in for the service to be done he was great explained the work to me an I am extreamly satisfied with the job the guy really knows his job from start to finish .He ended up being a very professional at his job he deserves to be well treated he is worth every penny you pay him

It took a while to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Great job installing the radio.

Professional and fast installation. A little over an hour be as the factory amp needed to be removed and rear speakers rewired.

Scheduled installation of a new receiver for our son's vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift. The installation technician was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The install was completed before the promised time, we were pleasantly surprised! The technician walked us through the entire install process and gave us a detailed overview on the receiver features/functions. We will definitely use the Best Buy Geek Squad Installation team again!!

Have nothing bad to say about the geek squad. Have had no problems since the install and love my new receiver.

They did a great job installing my car radio and put everything back the way it was

We have had 2 separate systems installed in 2 separate vehicles and have had issues with both. The 1st one installed we wanted to put Sirius xm in so we could switch it from our other car to it and update the oe DVD player that was in it. How ever after having it installed we come to find out that it will not work with the old system and was very disappointed in that the fact that nobody from the start had mentioned that fact. If we would have known that we would have kept the original player and went a different route with the Sirius xm. To top it off we had to take it back due to the controls on the Steering wheel stopped working and having to buy a Special connector for it to work with the new radio was a bit disappointing and now it has stopped working again and not sure that I want to spendmore of my time taking it back to maybehaving work againfor a few months. As for the 2nd it works fine. However picking it up they didn't have the old system in the box along with any connectors (cords) that I had with it and had to go back to ask for them. Also they cracked the dashboard and now has a good size hole in it. This has been settled and was very happy with the new manager Richie Castillo with resolving it. I feel I have done a good bit of my buying for electronics and misc devices over the years including our phones but for now I'm not sure that I would have them install another radio.

My stereo was installed perfectly and fast. The installed was very nice and helpful.

Bought a 15 year old pick-up when my son started driving. The radio was faulty, which is obviously death to a teenager. I bought an open box head unit on the cheap at Best Buy, and thought we could install it as a father-son project. Well the wiring was so messed up from someone's prior DIY job that we couldn't sort it out. Took it back to Best Buy to do the install, and he got it done without batting an eye. Tech was courteous and professional throughout. $100 to install a $50 radio would be my only gripe.
