Best experience I've ever had with installation service. Installer was helpful, knowledgeable and helped me decide what was best for what I wanted and in the end the total I paid was below the budget I set for myself.

Installation team did an excellent job in getting the new stereo mounted flush to the dash. The stereo looks like it came with the car.

Incredibly fast install, very friendly service, never felt rushed or pressured, tech was knowledgeable and took the time to instruct on usage.

We have had 2 separate systems installed in 2 separate vehicles and have had issues with both. The 1st one installed we wanted to put Sirius xm in so we could switch it from our other car to it and update the oe DVD player that was in it. How ever after having it installed we come to find out that it will not work with the old system and was very disappointed in that the fact that nobody from the start had mentioned that fact. If we would have known that we would have kept the original player and went a different route with the Sirius xm. To top it off we had to take it back due to the controls on the Steering wheel stopped working and having to buy a Special connector for it to work with the new radio was a bit disappointing and now it has stopped working again and not sure that I want to spendmore of my time taking it back to maybehaving work againfor a few months. As for the 2nd it works fine. However picking it up they didn't have the old system in the box along with any connectors (cords) that I had with it and had to go back to ask for them. Also they cracked the dashboard and now has a good size hole in it. This has been settled and was very happy with the new manager Richie Castillo with resolving it. I feel I have done a good bit of my buying for electronics and misc devices over the years including our phones but for now I'm not sure that I would have them install another radio.

The geek squad installers did a perfect and professional installation of a Kenwood stereo in my truck. Very pleased

after installing a replacement car radio he turned on (an FM) radio station. Nothing, Nada, No Sound. UGH!!! Michael was thorough in checking the existing electronics and found there was a separate amplifier located in the trunk. (News to me!). He removed (or simply disabled) it (for which he charged another 50 some odd dollar fee) and hooked up whatever needed to be hooked up and tested the radio's FM reception again. WHEW!! Gosh, this $89 radio sounds better than the original. Home I went. Next day switched to catch Mike & Mike on AM--nothing. We had no AM reception. We solved the dilema by installing a $79 JVC that works great. Why didn't he check that AM worked..."nobody listens to AM anymore."

My stereo was installed perfectly and fast. The installed was very nice and helpful.

Finished install was perfect. The guys can do electronics installs for me anytime.

I have a Honda Civic and wanted a newer radio model put in it but everywhere I looked for a instillation they seemed to be less than perfectional also didn’t seem to know what they were talking about but the moment I called Best Buy they seemed experienced and very very professional before and after my instillation the guy explained everything to me and even worked Harder to get my radio working when it wasn’t even his fault the service was impeccable I would definitely recommend them

I love this radio! It's very simple but has nice features. Also, the installation process was easy. The Geek Squad did a great job and were very friendly.

The auto techs installed my new radio in a very fast and timely manor, sure beats having to do it yourself for $80. I would recommend having them install any kind of electronics in your vehicle because they don't everyday and I thought was pretty reasonably priced.

They did such a great job with my radio install in my truck that I brought my car back for the same treatment.

Have nothing bad to say about the geek squad. Have had no problems since the install and love my new receiver.

Scheduled installation of a new receiver for our son's vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift. The installation technician was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The install was completed before the promised time, we were pleasantly surprised! The technician walked us through the entire install process and gave us a detailed overview on the receiver features/functions. We will definitely use the Best Buy Geek Squad Installation team again!!
