Bluetooth hands free was the sell for me. CD player was a bonus. Only issue was the lack of a good manual. Great sound with new upgraded speaker system.

The Geek squad installation was awesome. They had us in and out quickly. We needed to purchase one attachment to make the stereo unit work in our model vehicle. The Geek squad put the unit in quickly and professionally. They answered my questions and walked me through how to use it. Very pleased with their service.

The installer started on time, and the installation only took about 45 minutes. The new JVC radio works great.

Israel at the Bradenton store did the installation and he did an awesome job...professional, pleasant and efficient.

My stereo was installed perfectly and fast. The installed was very nice and helpful.

We have had 2 separate systems installed in 2 separate vehicles and have had issues with both. The 1st one installed we wanted to put Sirius xm in so we could switch it from our other car to it and update the oe DVD player that was in it. How ever after having it installed we come to find out that it will not work with the old system and was very disappointed in that the fact that nobody from the start had mentioned that fact. If we would have known that we would have kept the original player and went a different route with the Sirius xm. To top it off we had to take it back due to the controls on the Steering wheel stopped working and having to buy a Special connector for it to work with the new radio was a bit disappointing and now it has stopped working again and not sure that I want to spendmore of my time taking it back to maybehaving work againfor a few months. As for the 2nd it works fine. However picking it up they didn't have the old system in the box along with any connectors (cords) that I had with it and had to go back to ask for them. Also they cracked the dashboard and now has a good size hole in it. This has been settled and was very happy with the new manager Richie Castillo with resolving it. I feel I have done a good bit of my buying for electronics and misc devices over the years including our phones but for now I'm not sure that I would have them install another radio.

The agent at the Grove City store is a true asset to your company. He is professional yet very friendly. He does great work and does it quickly. He also took the time to show me my new radio and demonstrate how it works. He did all of this with a bright, helpful personality. I took my car to have a previously purchased radio installed. I returned with my daughter’s car, and purchased her radio from Best Buy, because he was so great with mine.

Finished install was perfect. The guys can do electronics installs for me anytime.

I am from Wyoming but was in the Salt Lake area when my stereo decided not to work. Vance, the Geek Squad Technician, at the 5181 S State Street store is a 10 in my experience. He installed my new unit along with all of the needed hardware in record time.............AND explained my new system in a language that was easy to understand. The radio was installed properly by the staff. It has great sound quality.

Very knowledgeable, impressive. Excellent at his job and knows radios. Extremely friendly and tells you like it is, No BS. Learned alot about radios and SHOWED how a different shop really screwed up my install. He is really a "go to" guy if you need an install done right or need advice as to what will work or how much it would cost to make some screwball idea work. He gets a 10 from me. Wish I could remember his name.

The agents installed my car stereo promptly and it works well. I am thinking of upgrading the speakers through them as well.

Installer was top notch! Very helpful and even showed me the operating specifics of my stereo including making sure I didn’t get overcharged for items not needed as it was not an original radio replacement this time around.

Cody is the best. I bought a new radio for my sportscar and Cody from the Geek Squad installed it. He was polite, friendly, very meticulous, and exceeded my expectations with the installation and explaining the use of the new radio. And, he was proud of his work. He finished the installation on time and called me when my car was ready. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Best Buy.
