Bought an open box car stereo in one store and had it installed at another one. The installer was wonderful and everybody worked to insure it was installed in an efficient, timely manner. The stereo does a whole bunch of stuff that I haven't even figured out, and will probably never use. Compared to the cantankerous original radio this is a great improvement. The sound is great and the features are easy to use. Best Buy is my first choice for anything electronic!

Cox couldn't fix issue, so called Geek Squad. Appointment made, but I figured out the issues, so I had to cancel. Christian, the tech called to check. He assured me these things happen, and I could reschedule or call Best Buy. Best Buy actually reached out to me, and I told them the situation. Man on phone was very polite. Hopefully, all will end well when I see my credit. Thanks, Best Buy!

My daughter and I bought a new stereo for my son's birthday. He was so excited. He went the following week to have it installed. When he was there, the installers informed Clinton that was the wrong stereo for his car. They showed him the correct stereo that would fit. It was the same cost as the one I bought and same type. He then made an appointment to have it installed. The employees were very nice and helpful. I was very happy that you were able to help my son. It took me a long time to pick out the stereo I wanted. I bought my husband a new car stereo at Best Buy for his 2004 Chevy Corvette. I also purchased installation. The installer was professional and knew his business. He informed us other parts we needed to make the stereo speakers work properly. He did the installation in a little over 2 hours. The steering looks like it is original in the dash. He took time (about 20 minutes) to go over the use of the product with my husband. We were very please with the installation at the Cedar Hill store.

The agent installed the stereo in a good manner and I am very happy with it.

Bought my new car deck Saturday, scheduled installation at the first appointment Sunday. Got right in, and the job was done earlier than expected! The tech went outside with me and gave me basic operating instructions. The next day, and the day after that, I was back for more detailed info. It was given quickly and very politely and the techs didn't ask for proof that I'd just purchased the deck there. Not bad for a free installation!
