The installer was professional, courteous and fast. Thete JVC stereo is superb and I am a totallt satisfied customer.

Fast service! I went to Red Robin to wait and they were finished before I could eat my burger. The work was clean and I will be back for anything my car needs.

Installed the MP3audio system in the car in less than an hour and explained the features of the product.

The installer called to let me know he was done early and I could come in earlier than my scheduled time. I arrived about 45 minutes early and he had the install done in less than 30 minutes even though I was allotted 1 1/2 hours. I didn't need the mounting kit I purchased, so, the installer gave me a refund. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and I'll recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad to everyone.

Install was professionally done but first head unit was defective. Needed to be replaced which the tech did after the defective deck was brought to his attention

I've said it before, but the installers at BB are as good as they come. The work is always right the first time. It's what keeps me coming back. If I think something could have been done a different way, and it's doable, they change it no charge and no whining!

Surprisingly didn’t break any of my very brittle interior pieces, looks and works like it came from the factory. My only complaint is it took longer than what I was told it would, but only like 45 minutes longer, and my car was probably a rats nest of wires

I'm so happy I brought my car to Geek Squad at Best Buy to get a new stereo installed. Albert was very professional and knowledgeable about the install and left no scratches or mess. He even sat with me in my car to show me how my new stereo works. I'm very pleased. I would definitely recommend going to Geek Squad at Best Buy. :-)

How can you ask someone to take time out of their day to review your products or service and then demand and require that they not only give a rating but write a certain number of words? I am doing you a favor--don't tell me how much I have to say

They installed it very quick. I then had issues but they worked me in right away to fix the issue!

The Radio is horrible. My speaker's now put out so much bass I can't stand it. You can't see what station the radio is on, and it's crap changing the channel's

He did a wonderful, timely, job installing my stereo. He even hooked my phone to it and showed me how to use it.

Install tech was great. Everything worked perfect and he even gave my daughter a tutorial on all the features.

We took my car to have the radio installed here because the price was good and the service tech were awesome. Thanks so much
