Had new speakers installed in the front and rear doors of my suv. After they had already installed a new stereo a couple weeks earlier. Top notch work and installation by Jaime. If you are considering using Geek Squad for any installation don't think twice. Super, top notch all the way, and a great price to boot! Will surely use their services again and again.

The installation was clean and completed on time. The only thing i have wrongis the radio and kit seem to be lose and raddles.

The installer called to let me know he was done early and I could come in earlier than my scheduled time. I arrived about 45 minutes early and he had the install done in less than 30 minutes even though I was allotted 1 1/2 hours. I didn't need the mounting kit I purchased, so, the installer gave me a refund. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and I'll recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad to everyone.

Install was relatively convenient (I was able to sneak in on a Sunday morning) Installer was professional as were the salesman as they did not try to oversell me. I appreciated that.

Bought a car stereo a couple of years ago and best buy took it out and put the stock one back in at no charge. Put the stereo into a new vehicled and it went perfectly. Great service

You think you're gonna spend 60 bucks for the deck install but then you're looking at another 90 bucks or so for harnesses, wires etc. But it looks and sounds good.

Install was professionally done but first head unit was defective. Needed to be replaced which the tech did after the defective deck was brought to his attention

I have mixed feelings with the radio installation. When I originally scheduled my appointment no one informed me that I needed an additional part that they did not carry in store so I had to order the part and make another appointment for the installation. It was honestly annoying and could have been prevented if they would have informed me to begin with about the part. When I went back the following time for the actual installation it went smooth. They took a couple of hours for the work and when done the guy that helped me out was friendly and even said if there were any issues to come back and speak with him directly and he would help me out with any issues. The whole process to make an appointment should be smoother as well. I had to call a special line to make an appointment and they kept on telling me that the only dates available were over 2 weeks away when there were actual appointments available a few days away. It was a mess but in the end they did a good job with the work. Everything that comes before that just needs to be a lot better.
