I made an appointment to have my radio installed, and even though he was running a bit behind on the project before mine he still stopped, checked me in, gave me an estimate on time, and was very friendly. once he was on my installation he was very fast, and showed me how to use it. All in all, with the radio, parts, and installation that comes insured, it was far cheaper than letting my mechanic try to do it with some Wal-Mart parts.

The guys are great! This has been my third install with them. They always take good care of me. It did not turn out as loud as the install I did previously which surprised myself and Phil who installed it but I think my choice of Amplifier was not as good as I expected output wise. I was also missing the remote for the radio which I thought was in the box but it was not found. A slight blemish on what was an excellent job but I am not hating. Good job guys.

The installation process was made simple by JR!! He walked me through everything from choosing the deck all through how to work the product after installation. My car required a little more work and had some extra harnesses due to the car info coming through the factory stereo. JR was extremely friendly and has been BY FAR the best customer service associate I have worked with at Best Buy. I have plenty of reasons not to purchase from Best Buy, but JR has given me one more reason to come back!
