Mam the guys that work in the back installed my raido in my golf were great both worked very hard to make sure that raido was working just fine also worked during their lunch time to finish the job they also call me to keep updated on the progress, Man if department was that like that it be nice. This is the second time I have had a system installed by this tech. Amazingly the last time was years ago at extinct Circuit City and he still remembered my install. He done an excellent, thorough job installing receiver and incorporating with my preinstalled amps. Even took the time to adjust amps for speaker performance. Took proper time explaining functionality of system and was very pleasant. A definite asset to Best Buy Valparaiso!!!

The boys was very friendly but I was very disappointed that we had to spend another$130.00 for parts??? When it was gree installation Im a pretty old gal and had a few installations done and never had this come up before edpecially because there was not any adjustments at all

after going to local costume stereo installation shop. who could not connect steering control to stereo, n after 2nd stereo n still not correct n sound was static, took to best buy and got a turn key job, outstanding, should have gone there 1st, so much for these local stereo shops
