The service was pretty good! The gentlemen were very kind and understanding and very pleasant to talk to in person and on the phone. My only complaint is that the actual scheduling system was "wrong" so to speak and I had to wait many, many weeks to get my radio installed.

I was looking around to have a stereo installed in a Ford Explorer. Having Best Buy install was convenient as I could schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He called me throughout the process to keep me informed and updated on any changes that may have to be made. Installation was great. I cannot complain. Definitely recommend to others (especially the Burlington MA site).
