Yes, installer. The installation of my wife's car stereo was completed perfectly and without incident or additional costs. (I totally expected additional costs, since the job was included free with the purchase of the stereo.) The guy who performed the operation was totally professional, helpful and friendly! I would love commend him by name, here, but I do not remember his name. Thanks, guy!

Purchased a Sony - In-Dash CD/DM Receiver and had it installed. Customer service was great. I was the 1st customer of the day and was seen a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. Technician said he could install the unit using the current in dash kit and saved me an additional $30. Installation took about 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job and demonstrated how to operate some features in the radio.

The agent had no problem installing the stereo in the car. Very well done.

I was offered free installation, but I kindly declined since I had left the car that the stereo and speakers were to be installed on at home. So the technician that sold me the products told me that I can come by anytime if I have trouble installing and they would take the rest. I finished the install the very same day. Satisfied with the advice and recommendations that I did recieve before hand.
