Max installed my daughter's car radio and I was really happy with everything he did. He went above and beyond when our appointment was canceled due to a system issue and made sure that we kept the appointment anyways. He helped my daughter pair her phone and it's beed working great

The Geek Squad is great. Dylan the technologist that installed my equipment in my truck was very knowledgeable, on time and he answered all of my questions. His customer service skills were great and he was very helpful. Things did not go as plan on my first visit but it had nothing to do with the Geek Squad. I had to return once I fixed things on my end. Thank you Best Buy!

Geek Squad did a great job installing a radio in my 2012 Hyundai Accent.

They installed an aftermarket single DIN radio and satellite receiver. Everything looks good and works well. They finished on time, explained the functions, and were friendly.

I would highly recommend Best Buy for any audio or other related issue. Your money is guaranteed, if they could not solve the problem they won't charge you. I had some controls issues. I went to dealer first and they asked for $$$ to get it repaired. However I got it done at Best Buy Auto tech @ $ with guarantee.

Quick and efficient radio conversion install, super clean and professional.

Bryan was so professional....your new auto tech is rude and doesn't know what he is doing. He tore my car up without asking for my receipt then didn't put it back correctly on my remote start. He also didn't ask me to acknowledge or sign before working on my car.

I was so impressed with the installation. Everything was installed perfectly, but that's not the best part! The installation tech also programmed the stereo for me on the preset stations I had on my old stereo! Also, he took the time to show me how to work my new stereo with my bluetooth function and he fixed my glove compartment hinge!! I don't think I've ever had such great service ever! Thank you so much.
