The deck was purchased a few years ago but the installation was great, quick and hassle free.

Geek Squad!! I bought a CD player from best buy. Which came with a free installation thru geek squad. I set up appointment to get a CD player installed. Pulled up on time sign some paper. Set down while he installed the cd player. It took just about 25 minutes. He did a great job fit perfect and looks great.

The team in the Geek Squad unit was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, answered my questions, and then demonstrated key elements of the new system. They even reinstalled the microphone up by the rear view mirror - which was not part of the install. Very helpful! Thank you for the great job!

Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with the technician. Highly recommend this person to install your car radio or other equipment.

We had a stereo installed in our Ram 2500 and the guys did an amazing job! They had to order the parts for us and went back a week later for installation. When they went to put in the stereo they told us that one of the parts was more elaborate than what we really needed and switched it to another part and saved us $80. We would have never known the difference. Good lookin’ out guys!

Was early for my appointment and they got right to me and did a great job

Well, they did their job is all I can really say. I asked for a couple of things but those got ignored, like placement of mic, detaching existing nav antenna, and steering wheel controls... all missed without phone call. Had to call and check on jeep, once I got there, the install bay was closed which was around 7pm. Had to go thru the store and find someone to get my jeep for me. At least the install was clean and it works.

The geek squad installed my new Sony Radio & my Remote Starter. They were prompt, professional, courteous & purposeful. This team was a pleasure to experience from start to finish. The Representative even found an additional savings for me at the close of the sale!

I have to say that Benny, who installed my new car radio, is such an awesome knowledgeable installer, that he is one one the best employees Best Buy has! I also have to say the management & service @ the Kingston, NY Best Buy, is much more knowledgeable & gives much better service, than the Middletown, NY Best Buy! The employees & management in the Middletown, NY Best Buy are just rude & full of themselves...

Always have Radio's installed by Best Buy, little expensive but done well.

The tech installment was quick and precised. The installment took less than 30 min.

The radio has worked and stayed in place. Seems to have been a good clean installation

Bryan was so professional....your new auto tech is rude and doesn't know what he is doing. He tore my car up without asking for my receipt then didn't put it back correctly on my remote start. He also didn't ask me to acknowledge or sign before working on my car.

They had some problems, however, they persisted until the problem was resolved.

I was very satisfied with the work to install and make sure my deck was functional. Great job!
