The agent installed my Car Radio system & what impressed me most was that a young Woman was the agent to do it. That's phenomenal to see that a traditional Man's job or what we think is a Man's job can be done by Women now which makes me know things are changing in the world of work.

I am so impressed that Best Buy installs car stereos. They not only installed it but showed me how to use my new stereo and gave me a phone number to call if I had any trouble.

The deck was purchased a few years ago but the installation was great, quick and hassle free.

They had some problems, however, they persisted until the problem was resolved.

My agent was exceptional and was very knowledgeable and explained everything even how long the project would take. The wiring wasn’t working and he went the extra mile and finished the job and it works beautifully. We were so pleased with him and his professionalism. We will highly recommended him and Best Buy.

The Geek Squad recently removed my old radio and installed a new one. They were thorough, explained all aspects of their work, the new functions of the radio, how the warranty works and the options of trouble shooting in the future works. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. I am very please with his work and his work product.

The technician went the extra mile. I had antenna issues that he tried his best to resolve. There was a problem with the steering wheel control and replaced it with a new one.

Geek Squad technician did a great job installing unit in car replacing previous owners butchering of install.

I have to say that Benny, who installed my new car radio, is such an awesome knowledgeable installer, that he is one one the best employees Best Buy has! I also have to say the management & service @ the Kingston, NY Best Buy, is much more knowledgeable & gives much better service, than the Middletown, NY Best Buy! The employees & management in the Middletown, NY Best Buy are just rude & full of themselves...

THE INSTALLER WAS UPFRONT WITH THE PRICE. THE INSTALL WAS PERFECT AND DONE WHEN PROMISED.

Well, they did their job is all I can really say. I asked for a couple of things but those got ignored, like placement of mic, detaching existing nav antenna, and steering wheel controls... all missed without phone call. Had to call and check on jeep, once I got there, the install bay was closed which was around 7pm. Had to go thru the store and find someone to get my jeep for me. At least the install was clean and it works.

My Man at CH install bay is one of the best. Havent had an issue at all.

The tech was excellent and I was very happy with the install. My stereo works great.

Timing is everything, and my need and ultimate purchase of this Sony Stereo aligned perfectly with Black Friday sales. That said, the combination of the supply, price, functionality and installation ease with Best Buy/Geek Squad's services made this process smooth and streamlined. The Stereo System staff at my Best Buy / Geek Squad were knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my consumer choices/needs. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new stereo and installation!
