It was incredibly easy to choose a convenient appointment time, and I was able to drop off his car early so there would be less back and forth to the store. They completed the installation incredibly fast and called me as soon as they were done. The technician was very friendly and walked my son through all of the features of his new stereo.

I was able to schedule an appointment on my day off for the service. There was no wait and the tech was very professional and explained all necessary details. The store clerk who had sold us the audio system said no additional accessories were needed, but I did need to purchase 2 additional accessories at installation. Service was completed in about an hour. The tech showed me all of the features on my new audio system after it was installed.
